Very strategic location. A minute walk is the Beppu station.

The room was simple and straightforward as a solo traveler. Nothing special but clean and had a bathtub.

Wish they had a public bath. Got another hotel at the same price that had a public bathhouse.

The hotel is located next to the train station which means you actually hear the trains pass by. But it is an easy walk to bus stops and the main shopping street. It is a very decent business hotel, no thrills, no problems. Staff speaks very limited English. The rooms were clean and equipped with all the needed equipment. Bathrooms are slightly outdated, but clean and the shower had a good water pressure.

Uncomfortable beds and a moldy, foul-smelling shower ruined what could have been a decent stay.

The beds were as hard as bricks, and the pillows were just as uncomfortable. The showers had visible mold and an extremely unpleasant odor—the worst I’ve ever encountered. While the water pressure and temperature were good, the mold and smell made the experience unacceptable.

I had a fantastic stay at this property—its location couldn’t be better. Just a short walk from Beppu Station, with easy access to restaurants, shops, buses, and even nightlife. Perfect for exploring the city on foot or by public transport.The room was spotless and well-equipped. Air conditioning kept things comfortable, and the shower had impressively high water pressure. The toilet featured a top-notch bidet system—definitely a nice touch. Laundry machines worked flawlessly, which was a huge plus during my travels.Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also appreciated the option to rent an electric assist bicycle—great for getting around town with ease.

A few minor drawbacks: the room and toilet seat were on the smaller side, which might be noticeable for taller guests. Also, there was no smart TV, so streaming options were limited.

One of the best staff I have ever seen. They gave me great recommendations and some maps. Super friendly and helpful. The room was so comfortable. Everything was so clean and nice. The wifi was fast and reliable. I was able to work online. There are yukatas (traditional night clothes) available in the hallway. I loved my brief stay here. They were also so kind to allow for baggage storage after check out. ???

Very friendly staff. They also provided you a yukata during your stay. Room although quite small but has all amenities. Comparing to other hotels in Beppu they have the best price.

Great place for the value. Fully bilingual front staff (English and Japanese), which if you've been around Japan enough you'll know is actually quite rare. This place isn't fancy, but it's a great spot right next to the station that is perfect for the solo traveler or couple who is looking for a clean and affordable place to stay. I am not sure I could recommend this place to a larger family, though, or someone hauling a lot of luggage, as both the lobby area, elevator, and rooms are quite small. However, if that doesn't apply to you, I highly recommend this budget-friendly place!

Some noise from neighboring rooms, so the sound-proofing isn't 100%. But ultimately I slept well.

location is good, hotel facilities quite complete, staff veey nice.. Get to stay in level 2, laundry machine just outside your door. Room also spacious, Can change pillow type(first hotel) i ever see offering this..., the different pillows with different level of hardness put available for change in the rack along the alley.

Beppu city as itself has little thing to do besides onsen. everywhere is just onsen and carparks. on the left and right of the carpark is anotger carpark... nothing else. But hotel is good

Clean room that was large enough to open 2 suitcases, plenty of natural light, USB charging points, complimentary tea and coffee, friendly staff, and close to Beppu train station and plenty of eateries.

Really close to the train station, very friendly staff and a very clean and tidy room. If you announce at the front counter that you are going to visit a nearby onsen they will supply you with a towel and some shampoo and soap.1

The shower is one of the old ones where you need to find the right temperature with the hot and cold faucets and it's pretty hard to find the right combination.

Room was a little small, but it was really near the beppu train station and staff are really friendly

Nice location, close to the main station, so easy to get anywhere in beppu. A little longer but still a very walkable distance to the sea. The personnel were friendly and helped us with our change in plans

Very close to bus station and tourist information centre.

Very clean and the breakfast was excellent. Booked early so it was very affordable and good price for us. All staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and polite.

I liked everything but I want to especially thank staff worker Wong for welcoming my friend and I at such a late hour, while being so accommodating, helpful, and friendly. Fantastic staff!
