Green Rich Hotel Oita Miyakomachi

The room was clean and overall comfortable to stay in.

I was hoping it would be easier to find a parking spot. I got some map with infos about different areas to potentially park around the hotel, but it was quite difficult, which was most likely due to the holidays and lots of people coming to Oita. The bathroom is a bit outdated given that it also doesn't use a mixer tap for the sink and shower.

The front desk staff was very helpful and knowledgeable in their area of jobs. Always carry a smile when approach them! Nice mood and the room was clean & comfortable too.

Room is clean and comfortable but no Onsen bath. Breakfast is good. Buffet Western and Japanese. Very good for the price for a night stay.

Toilet and bathroom are rather small.

Close proximity to JR Oita station, OPAM, market plus loads of shops and eateries. Staff are friendly and very helpful even though not all of them can speak good English. I told one of the staff to please clean my room but seemed like she didn't understand because when I came back in the evening the room was left untouched. I went down to the front to ask for some new towels and one of the staff helped me sort this out in such a hearty manner.

There is no Yukata and other aminities i.e. tea/coffee/toothbrush provided in the room. Just realised on the second night that there are tea/coffee sachet and toothbrush are available downstairs. Also, there are some dust on the sofa in the room.

Friendly staff, large room, well appointed and ridiculously good value.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful with our requests. The breakfast was very nice too. The room is a little small for two people but it's in a convenient location and it was quiet for us.

The location was good about 400 meters from the station. The house keeping could be improved. Some of the areas in the room were dusty & room decors were out-dated.

A short walk from Galleria Takemachi and Cento Porta. There's a big 7-11 convenience store located just one street away. The staff were helpful and friendly and helped us with our queries in a prompt manner. The breakfast buffet was pretty good too!

The walls of the rooms are pretty thin, so it may be an issue if you are a light sleeper.

It was comfortable.

The non card doors. I’d gotten so used to it and being able to slide my card into my wallet that I had to remember we had a key each and every time.

Value for money. Is directly opposite a catholic church if you are a catholic traveller..

The front-office attendant were really kind and helpful!
