Pros +
- It was at a convenient location and the staff were very kind.
- Very friendly staff, aged hotel, but really very convenient. A typical business hotel
- The breakfast seemed pretty authentic Japanese and was in a really nice restaurant area of the building. The staff in the restaurant and reception were very nice to us though we can only say simple Japanese words. The hotel has a handy convenience store downstairs and is pretty close to Oita main train station. There are also department stores very close by and many areas to shop.
Cons -
- It was super old and felt very dirty.
- The room had an unusual arrangement with the lighting which I didn't understand. We were unable to turn off the ceiling light without removing the door key.
