- The hotel is situated 10 minutes from the train station by walk. You can get views of the ocean too, which is right behind the hotel. They do have a public bath/ onsen, which is very well maintained. Overall, it was a good stay. I have no complaints

When I checked into my room the bathroom had a strong smell of urine. It wasn’t properly cleaned prior to my arrival and smelled like urine for my entire stay.

We booked 3 twin rooms and 1 single room. Front desk male staff mixed up 2 of the room's card access and we are unable to access the rooms. When we approached and informed him on this, he did not apologies for causing the inconvenience but gave us the "look" as though it's our fault. This front desk staff should be sent for re-training.

Great location and reasonable room rates for weekends. It is located next to the bus station for expressway bus going back to Fukuoka. Such bus tickets are sold out one week in advance though. Hotel room, beds, services are good.
Paid breakfast buffet has limited items as compared to other 7 hotels we stayed during this trip. If I did not check my booking details, I though the breakfast buffet was complimentary as there was not much to eat.

Good location close to sea and promenade. Single rooms were on small size but that is normal in Japan. Onsite onsen was excellent and plenty hot.
They are sticklers forn3 pm check in time and 10 am check out. Could be a little more flexible
Conveniently located near a shopping mall, restaurants, convenience stores, a bus stop, and the seaside. There’s an onsen that seems to use natural hot spring water—very relaxing. Yukata is provided. Don Quijote is within walking distance. Slept well and felt comfortable.
The hotel isn’t very close to the station, but the path is smooth and easy for rolling luggage. The hotel isn’t brand new but not too old either.

Well, location was great and a window that opened in the room was a bonus. Make no mistake this is budget accommodation. Expect more and you will be disappointed. We knew it was budget and got what we expected- tiny room with no space to open suit cases and a bathroom space similar to what you would get on an airliner. The breakfast was good with lots of choice. We got there 2 hrs early and had to hang around to check in at 3pm. Was annoyed next day to see multiple early arrivals being checked in.
I like the 2-day trip in Beppu very much.The hotel is very comfortable and the hot spring is also great. Staff is friendly and showed a positive attitude and action to help us. In the process, I feel respected and high-quality service hotel experience. By the semi-self-service check-in method of the hotel is very convenient. I like it
