We loved the elegant simplicity and comfort of the hotel. Also, the easiness of checking in plus the location withing a walking distance to the station makes it awesome.

We loved all maybe except from the fact that there were not enough of sockets nearby the bed.

Location superb. All within easy reach - food, shopping, train station, airport limousine bus, etc.

A little bigger room.

The room was large and the bed was comfortable. It was kept clean and tidy.

The hotel was aged and had obvious wear and tear. There was a stain on the carpet in my room as well as several in the hallway. The room was clean and comfortable otherwise. However, walking the long hall to my room felt like I was in a lower quality hotel.

There is a Lawson store on one floor.The breakfast is good, and the menu includes mentaiko and fried chicken.The Wifi speed is fast.

NOTHING !!Need to walk 10 minutes along the street from the station.

Perfect location nearby Oita Station, Downtown, Night Town and the bus stop for the airport.There is Lawson CVS on the ground floor. Parking tower is behind.

Good location. Very helpful staff. Convenience store below which was helpful. My wife had a disability but they sorted for us a large room with disabled facilities in a good location, plus a wheelchair. Very good.

Most of the rooms are on the small side, bed against the wall. Depends what you are looking for. But comfortable.

The breakfast was pretty good actually, room size acceptable by Japanese standard. Easy to move around as we have a car.

Could be nice to have extra pillow .

I had a very satisfying stay at this hotel considering the price. Despite booking a twin room on the same day, the room was spacious and comfortable.Positives:The presence of two Korean staff members made communication easy for Korean guests.The hotel room was large and comfortable.The location is excellent, with an airport bus stop right in front of the hotel and major tourist attractions nearby.

Areas for Improvement:English communication was nearly impossible, and the translation device provided at reception did not work well.Overall, this hotel is a great choice for travelers looking for convenience and comfort.

Great selection of breakfast, comparing to other Daiwa hotels. Room is clean. Direct access to Family mart on the main entrance.

Its a business hotel chain so you know what youre getting. Its clean, has the basic amenities, and its quiet. And I was right beside the elevator.

Location is relatively fine, 10 min walk to the station and surrounded by food options (albeit dead night life on a Sunday). The only thing that was annoying was the long lights to cross the streets to get to the hotel, but thats not their fault.

Everything : right from.check-in the staff were very helpful and, as always in Japan, everything worked and was spotless.

Nothing at all - no faults to find!

Staff was very helpful and they kept mineral water every day in our room. We could send post easily from hotel itself, they gave us box too. Lawson was also right in 1st floor. Free coffee and teabags were provided on lobby.

Shower handle was not showering well and carpets seemed to be a bit old and dirty. Maybe those 2 needs replacement.

Size of the room! Cleanliness!

Bathroom seemed a little bit out of dated compared to the new chain hotels..

Good location, cheap price. Good breakfast package too. Temperature was comfortable (we came in late autumn) and not too crowded. Good working table in the room..

Not so great for tourists, maybe it’s meant more for local business travel. We tried to get help from the front desk with making a reservation for dinner (because we’re not fluent in Japanese), but they said they will not help. The hotel rate is honestly quite cheap so maybe it’s not within their job scope, but also this is the kind of assistance I would give to a stranger on the street…Also, I’m not sure it was cleaned well. The shower head had a hair stuck to it (very obviously not ours: it’s a lot longer than we have) when we arrived. The bed was also really bad, it’s like the kind of bed you get in your uni dorm - thin and saggy with no support.

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Convenient and inexpensive parking on premise, clean rooms, good breakfast (primarily Japanese selection.)

Property is older.

Location is good. We can park our car at the hotel ( our car's height is lower than 155 cm.) There is a market near the hotel. We can walk to find some restaurant. The room is as good as the price. The breakfast room is a little small but the food is great. Also there is Lawson shop at the entrance.

The location of the hotel is very close to the castle and walking distance to the streets with restaurants.It was nice that there were two bottles of water provided in the room.

The room is a bit compact with old fashion interior design. However, it's pretty clean.
