just 3 mins walk to Nishitetsu-Kurume station, Walking Distance to "通"(shooping street)

next to rail, noisy from 6am when train pass thru

The hotel room was clean . The air conditioner worked, and the bed was comfy except the blanket

The blanket was wierd and the fringe was a little small

The rooms were nice, roomy , and clean staff was just as good and helpfull

I do not recommend this hotel at all.

The hotel has limited parking spaces. Once they're full, guests are directed to a partnered parking lot, which requires additional payment. Also, if you leave and return, you must get a new ticket and pay again (you can't go in and out freely after paying once). The room was stuffy and very humid, with mold in the bathroom. Most importantly, the price I paid for the stay was several times higher than the rates listed on domestic Japanese booking sites. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

It was nice hotel, had everything and good for the price, The only thing was that they didn’t have a place to park when we got there and we had to pay for the parking.

Love the location which is very near to train stations and bus stops. This makes travelling easy. Appreciate the amenities given especially mouthwash and face products. The staff were friendly and helpful too, giving us tips on where to find good food. We have enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

expensive car parking fee, they charge you more over the real price of parking lot. we paid for 1000yen for parking at hotel but no more lot at this place, we had to park at the public parking lot that actually pay only 800yen per night.not fare for client.

The location is very good、It would be even better if parking was free.The train noise didn't bother me that much.It was nice that they provided replacement towels.

A great room for the price. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Basic amenities, but suited our purposes and budget perfectly.

Good location if coming by train as the station and many restaurants are very close.The room was clean and functional.

The bed was hard.The fact of having to leave the key when leaving the hotel is pretty inconvenient.If coming by car, there is a parking, which is very convenient, but the traffic in the area is crazy and it takes time to reach the hotel.

Unable to book a non smoking double room for almost 2 months ahead. Not many non smoking rooms at this hotel.

Laundry facility was not enough and needed to wait long.

Hotel staff is very kind and brought luggage to our room. There are vending machines, coin laundry, and manga available.

Room is a little dim.

I love the fresh rose in the room that brighten up the space.

The sofa in the room should be replaced years ago. The safe has no battery installed. I would like to have a replaceable white duvet cover that fit around the duvet.

Breakfast was good.the location is good.very convenient and near to other japanese restaurants.the staffs were so nice.

some others foreigners staying in the hotel can't read japanese kanji,hiragana,and katakana written to the washing machine, and don't know how to use the washing machine.
