Hotel Route Inn Yanagawa Ekimae

Great location right in front of train station. 10 minute walk to big You me grocery store. Short walk to canals. Spacious room with small couch and table. Very good breakfast. Public bath.

A bit of a smell of smoke, even in a non-smoking room. If you open the window to get some fresh air, there always seems to be smoke drifting in from down below.

Love the Onsen facility in the hotel. Was able to relax from a long day. Clean room and good value.

Nothing. We had a nice stay.

Location, as it’s beside the train station. This is my first experience with the brand and it didn’t disappoint. The check-in process was straightforward and the staff are very pleasant.

Clean and comfy hotel. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good. For our Saturaday morning breakfast, at check-in, they asked guests to choose from 4 time segments so the breakfast area could be less crowdy. It turned out it's managed well. Across from train station and parking was free. Walk-able distance to shopping mall and restaurants. Good for our 1 night stay.

Their public bath is artificial onsen. Not natural spring water.

Location, clean and with free carpark

Close to train stationresonavle price including breakfast

Quite small room and small bathroom

Possibly my favorite Route Inn so far! The staff are all very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable by Route Inn standards. Breakfast was excellent. The onsen was very nice too. There are drugstores, convenience stores, restaurants and Youme Mall all within 5 mins from the hotel. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Yanagawa.

The staffs were very helpful & friendly. The breakfast were very well controlled despite the hotel facing full bookings that day.

The hot bath (men) doesn't have the necessary items like towels, scrubs etc. So you will need to remember to bring every thing. There were no locker too so you'll just hope no one goes through your things while you're in the hot bath. So it is best you bring your own bag.

Nice environment. The room is just right and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good location.

The pictures gave me the expectation that it will be quite a lousy place but the location and room were better than expected. They have a shared onsen and breakfast buffet included in the rate. The room size is bigger than on the picture. Overall, it was good for the money you are paying. Great that you can open the hotel windows. We drove and there's a parking area right at the lobby. Location: near to lots of food and shopping.

The air con smells when switched on (the smell that you get when the filter is not dry). We aired the room by keeping the room door and windows opened. Which worked.

Convenient location, just cross the road from the main station and good onsen facilities.

The room was a bit small.

We travel by car so we choose this hotel, free parking, quite many parking lot. Breakfast delicious. G floor have onsen to enjoy.

The property is infront of the train station which makes travelling out very comfortable. Though the toilet is small, there’s a public bath for convenient bathing

The small toilet

Disappointed

The breakfast is not enough to serve the guests. When we went in at 8:30 am, we found no more bread left on the tray, we have asked for some more, they said all finished, only some salad and milk could be served, A bit later, your staffs started to clean up everything. Our families (3 adults & 1 child ) finally felt very disappointed the arrangement of breakfast by the hotel.

Clean and staff were friendlyBreakfast was simple and delicious Hotel is just next to the train station

The hotel was conveniently located across the road from the railway station and many eating options in the nearby streets. This new hotel had excellent facilities, including public bathing and a very reasonably priced restaurant for breakfast and dinner. The hotel staff were excellent. They were friendly and hospitable, and conveniently for us, spoke English, so were able to help and direct us to a canal tour. Our room was well appointed, very clean and modern.

The Route Inn Yanagawa is another good quality Hotel, value for money, good location with ample parking, helpful staff, easy check-in. The rooms were clean, comfortable with good lighting. Coffee available in the reception area. The Hotel is suitable for everyone from business people, groups, famililies.

clean room, nice and polite staff, good location, value for stay

Room has 2 chairs for guest to seat which is very good. Breakfast options are excellent.

Onsen is not natural water.

Very kind staff. Staff well cared us

Breakfast is wide selection of food. nicely arranged menu.
