Everything, the staff is super friendly, location is great. One minute walk to the boat ride. They were able to provide us directions to shops, mall, supermarket, etc. Even though English is not good but the friendlyness and enthusiastic that willing to help is everything.
the air condition is hard to control. If you have both air and bathroom fan on at the same time, the room seem to be in a negative chamber which suck the cold air in and feel a bit uncomfortable. Once we figure it out, it seems to be fine.
Nice staffs and clean room. Have bath in the toilet. Good location in Yanagawa. Close to the Nishitetsu stop. Restaurants nearby. Very convenient!

Couldn’t get rooms for 5 people
The room is clean, roomy and comfortable. Staffs are nice but we were not impressed by the breakfast. We didn't find any restaurants but found a big grocery market near the hotel.
