- It's very close to Tosu Outlet. It's also very close to Saga. We drove only 5 minutes to have Saga Wagyu steak which taste was memorable. There are plenty of parking slot at the back of the hotel which is just 2 minutes walk to front desk, so you don't bother about parking your car.
- Nice staff, cheap
Cons -
- That there were restricted times I could access my parked vehicle so I had to park it off site (but nearby) and at a more expensive rate.
- 1.2km from station uphill, pillows were like seat cushions, cold shower, bed was more stiff than floor mats.
- Room was bit tiny. But i have no complaint. Price worthy and I did not booked luxury hotel or anything.

The hotel is near to the Tosu premium outlet. There is complimentary carpark at the hotel so is good for those who self drive to the hotel. The breakfast is very delicious and there is a waffle machine to make delicious waffles.
Bed was spacious, communal dining and amenities were nice and clean
Free parking. Room is comfortable and clean.
Location is nice, because of accessibility to the outlet mall, sushi restaurant and bakery around the hotel’s are awesome. Room and service are great for price.Perfect place for just stay, business, or heavy shopping at outlet mall. They took care of time of cleaning our room and such. They were super nice.

10min walk to Tosu Premium Outlet. Nearby have eateries (nice bakery shop & restaurant)Breakfast was good. They will provide fresh towels every day and clear the bin if u put outside the room
Bed is soft
Service and breakfast was good . The Italian Restaurant opposite the hotel was excellent.
The pillows were too soft.
The rooms are relatively bigger than rooms of similar grade of hotels (you can still walk around around the room after opening the luggage). The room, bed, linen etc are clean and air conditioner is good.
My requests were not met, including rooms on the entrance side and rooms on the same floor.
Very good
Parking was full and had to round behind. But still it’s ok
Pleasant
Disappointed to find we could not purchase breakfast.
Within walking distance to the premium oulet
Location
all in all, it's not so bad.
The water pressure in the shower is weaker than I had hoped.
