Location and cleaned

The telephone of the room did not work and we could not communicate to the reception as well as the kitchen to order food

The location

The cleanliness was just regular. Some sheets and towels were dirty and the room gave us the same experience: some facilities and equipments (rooms, elevator, hallway, bathrooms, etc) are old and the room had just been cleaned up in a hurry without due care.

The room is very clean and very quiet. Breakfast is amazing !The staff were very polite. I would stay again in this hotel.

The staff were great, very helpful.

I found 5 little cockroaches in my room. I call to the reception when I found the first one. But they just change my daughter and I of room after the 5th one. This is not a cheap hotel, actually it should be a good one in the city. So, I do not expect find insets in the room. My 5 years daughter was scared, and the manager took a lot of time to decided to change our room. Very disappointed.

Breakfast was great, location was amazing and staff were courteous.

Toilet and shower were separated, toilet paper was terrible because it wasn't in a roll, and it was way to expensive for the value you get for your money. For the amount of money I paid I was expecting way more.

Everything was good at this hotel, the staff at the front desk are very friendly, the bedrooms were clean, the location is very good, and the guy that helped me with my luggage/bags/dresses/etc was very sweet. Unfortunately, I didn't have cash with me to tip him but I would like to say thanks for everything!!

The AC makes a LOUD noise.

Fresh, clean, and close to a couple of nice restaurants and a brewery.

The hotel bar is quite limited and closes around 10 pm, if I am not mistaken.

Close to our business location for daily commute.good value as the stay includes a nice breakfast.room is clean and comfortable.Express buffet style dinner at a low cost.

can hear next door neighbor’s TV, alarm clock and shower. I suggest they do not put guests next to each other if there are empty rooms available.

Comfortable rooms, attentive staff, excellent breakfast - great if you need a place do sleep.

Cable TV wasn't working. Hotel has smart TVs and WIFI, but the smart tv won't connect to the WIFI hence streaming apps do not work.No separation between bathroom and bedroom, so steam from the shower flows into the room and it can become very humid. Walls in the room beginning to present mold.Noisy air conditioning system. Lot's of in-room lights can disturb your sleep (air conditioning controls, TV, set-top-box, smoke detector all have strong LEDs that can't be turned off.

Location is very convenient. staff is very friendly and professional. hotel is relatively new. reasonable cost for money

The hotel is new, has a good vibe, excelente breakfast included, and was very clean and following strictly Covid-19 guidelines. The staff is very courteous and willing to help.

The underground parking garage ( free parking ) could use better lights, it is very dark and does fell a bit scary late night.

eggs, i order white eggs for my daughter and they want to charge seperately.

Used to be better, now is falling in my concept.

hotel was better than what is latelly. I complain about the door of my room was not locking, I talk with the housekeeping and the front-desk, but when I arrive at night I asked if the problem was solved and wasn't - My room wal all day without the door locked.

Excellent place to be. Unfortunately we have some problems with energy and internet. In fact the weather was very bad!

Room and free parking

Covid prevention measures were comprehensive. Mini-bar was stocked with good options.

AC was very loud. I could hear construction outside very early. Blackout curtains was damaged and let light in. Very expensive mini-bar options. No pool or other amenities. TV couldn't access the wify for streaming services.

Staff super friendly.

Breakfast was very poor.
