Location

The room had trash from the previous guest in the shelves. There were no comforter or blankets. The shower door didn’t close properly leaving a gap for the cold breeze to come inside There no phones inside the bedroom to contact the front desk and they didn’t answer WhatsApp There were open bills from the previous guest still open and the staff kept trying to charge me even tough I said it wasn’t mine nor my signature on the receipts.

Big enough room. Not English speaking but friendly and helpful staff. Buffet breakfast.

Only sheets on the bed. When sleeping with two and one gets more cold or hot than the other, it's kind of annoying.

Hotel staff, cleanness and maintenance of hotel. No hot water, towels with stain, careless front desk staff when complained about these issues nothing was done

It was close to the event that we were planned to go.

Breakfast was terrible. Really bad experience and expensive considering deliveries.

The location is amazing for my needs. Breakfast was really good and plentiful. Staff was also very friendly and helpful.

The hotel looks really nice on paper but internet was terrible (super slow to do any work) and phone reception was also not good to use the hotspot. I needed a third bed (sofa bed in this hotel) but it was not comfortable enough for the room to be sold as a room for three. I was also charged twice for an item from a good order I didn’t sign off on but notice when I got to my other destination.

Breakfast was OK, nothing special. Location is OK if you are traveling by car.

Weak Internet, kept disconnecting. Nothing in the small fridge, not even a bottle of water. Only two bath towels, no smaller towels for face or hands. Not one single glass in the room, not even a plastic cup. Cheap toilet paper. Very difficult to adjust the water temperature in the shower, it was either boiling hot or very cold.

The bed was alright

Breakfast could be better. The bathroom ceiling was in bad shape. Hygiene has a lot of room for improvement, especially in the shower. Linens should be replaced when worn out. Better ingredients and preparation should be used for making dinner. Goods prices were way higher than the ones in snack places.

Just walking distance from Iguatemi. Restaurant was open for lunch and dinner every day except Sunday, but you need to ask. Quiet. Everyone at the front desk understood English.

We missed having an exercise room. They did not have a morning paper or pamphlets recommending local tourist sites and places to eat.

Good breakfast, good value-price equation and very attentive staff. Internet worked very well. Room clean and good bed.
