    Pros +

    • It's my second time at this Transamerica Hotel and I had a great experience like the first one.
    • Staff not willing to make you have a pleasant stay.
    • Clean, nice location, nice room.

    Cons -

    • One day I went to have breakfast at 10am. Breakfast was served up to 10.30am and the breakfast room was really busy, but some food like bread, cheese bread, fruit, juice was almost over. So it was a little disappointing.
    • The worst check in ever. The hotel staff not willing to work, very bad in make you feel welcome. Breakfast lacking a lot of food (for real, it was not crowded and the staff was making huge effort to return new food to the counter).
    • The only issue I had with this property was with the staff being rude trying to charge me additional cost for my stay that was already paid in advance.

At first I really liked the reception staff, they were very polite and friendly, the sauna and the pool weren't bad either! The breakfast was excellent!

What killed all our expectations for this hotel was the smell of sewage and mold in the room! Terrible, my husband got sick with a completely inflamed rhinitis because of it! We only realized that it was really the room that was causing it on the last day when we left, and all the inflammation went away! To make matters worse, I forgot a set of bikinis in the bathroom, and when we called to arrange to go pick them up, the attendant at the reception said that he didn't have access to any information about the housekeeping area, it seemed like the housekeeping was like another company. And guess what, the next day when the housekeeper manegment contacted us, they conveniently "never" found my bikini. It's a shame that such a big hotel has such serious problems with maintenance and unreliable employees! What a disappointment! I don't recommend it to anyone!

Stay away from here . Go to NOVOTEL

It’s a very poor quality hotel , rooms outdated and towels very old dirty . Elevator get stuck all the time according to one of the hotel works and guest what . I did get stuck in the elevator I have to called the fire department after 45 min they show up to rescue me , they don’t even asked me if I was okay or need any assistance. Very bad experience and customer service sucks .

The room is really big and air con is good, staff are very friendly

Hotel is undergoing a refurbishment which is really needed, the lifts are very slow, the rooms are very dated but I know this is being worked on

Location and restaurant are the strengths points.

I wouldn't say I liked the treatment I received from their staff during my check-in.Old furniture on the room I stayed.

New installation looks great and the quality/freshness of stuffs

Staff very welcoming. Allowed us to check in earlier. Delicious breakfast with a variety of great food. We had a lot of fun in the game room! And the gym is amazing with one of the most modern treadmill! Just love everything!

We just had a little problem with the ar conditioning. But staff was quick to solve it and had us changing rooms.

Unfortunately we had a terrible stay. 1. ALL amenities- pool/gym/play room was closed for repairs.2. The room was just OK. It felt like the furniture was old and needs updating.3. This is the WORST: The battery died on our door and we were locked out of our room for hours. We nearly missed our family lunch! They had to call a repairman to come and unscrew the door. It was surreal.

Great people! Nice facilities. Good breakfast service.

Big room with a great view. Great location. Good bed. Had some good space to eat sitting down.

During the night the noise of the cars and motorcycles passing by can be infuriating and impossible to cope with.

Breakfast was average. No towels in room. Toilet was broken.

Spacious room, quick check-in / check-out process, nice staff (both at reception and valet).Great location and overall a good cost-benefit relation (including breakfast).I recommend it in Sorocaba.

The hotel would benefit from modernization, especially in the bathrooms.

my reservation included breakfast, but I opted for breakfast in the room and when checking out, I was charged again, that is, I paid for breakfast twice!! I felt aggrieved, because it would be fair to deduct the value of the breakfast paid along with the daily rate!

Nice staff, well located, good structure, price is competitive.

mattresses are a bit old, should be substituted by new one. they’re not even anymore. this is a very good hotel, sure that changing their mattresses the hotel will be one of the best in town.

Good breakfast and nice room size.

    Old carpet, small bathroom.
