- It could have at least a kettle and some coffee for almost 300 reais for a budget place. It's not exactly cheap to not provide such a basic thing and would be more considerate. The light was also quite bad, difficult to put make up on (I was going to a wedding) because they don't have anything central and bright, so very dark.
- The rooms are very small. They are trying to figure out coordinating staff between Novotel and Ibis and send mixed messages. They only have an attendant at Ibis on occasion and no sign to let patrons know when that is. Our a/c unit wasn’t working during our stay and there was no one to help us in the middle of the night. They did give us a discount because of this issue.

Affordable price, very good place to stay.
Reception is not at Ibis, but at Novotel, could be confusing.

Unfortunatly the first room they gave us was not made up, but they found a clean room after

The location was good. The check-in of Ibis is happening with the Novotel staff too and it could be informed at the door. There’s no communication in the outside, only when you enter the hall you can see an information: Check-in Ibis.
