The facility is very clean in the lobby area and throughout the hotel. The room was very clean and prepared for our arrival. Parking was available and inexpensive nearby, so there were no issues with ensuring safety of vehicle.

The bed was not very comfortable and I could tell before I even sat on the end/edge. It looked lumpy and saggy. Sleeping on it confirmed my suspicions. Everything else was more than adequate for the room and a one-night stay.

The location is ok. It is near the JR Iwakuni station.

The room is very small. Breakfast is so limited and a very tiny piece of food is in the tiny dish.

The size of the room was roomy compared to some others I’ve stayed at in Japan. The couch and desk were nice to have in the room.

They need to offer at least a few western breakfast items (like eggs and toast). There was nothing that I wanted to eat in their breakfast offerings except coffee and a croissant- and they had no butter or jelly to put on the croissant. Also, they should make English subtitles an option for their television, or give access to Netflix.

Not much. It was our hotel of choice in Iwakuni. Near Anderson's Bakery, near the train station, wonderful & helpful staff. We will be back.

Great location and room was big enough. As promised is the best way to describe. Great place with easy access to places and train.

Pillows - more than 1 and bigger but liked the foam option.

Breakfast could have been warmer. Eggs/omelets were always cold. Every morning breakfast included: chicken, hotdog, & salty noodles. A change like scramble eggs and bacon would have been nice.

The rooms were small. Pillows were so flat I needed 3 pillows. There were no closets to hang your clothing. No chest of drawers to put clothes in. Had to retrieve my clothing from within my suitcases everyday. There was only 1 luggage stand that the two of us shared everyday.

The bed. It is not confortable for two people, i had the inpression I was climbing a hill all night.

The train station is really close. Lots of restaurant options nearby. The hot bath is really nice. Staff is very friendly. There is a Lawson really near the hotel, so you can get a lot from there.

The pillows were uncomfortable.

Great location, friendly staff, best breakfast I've ever seen from a business hotel, and clean room.

Larger or extra pillow would be appreciated. Wifi did not work at most times. Foul odor near the laundry room.

The staff were very friendly and spoke good English. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and I slept like a baby. The room was equipped with an air purifier/humidifier that was a godsend in the dry Japanese winter. The onsen was very well maintained and quite relaxing. Finally, the breakfast buffet had a good selection of delicious foods and was a great value for the money.

My one complaint is with the shower water temperature control. It was way too sensitive and the slightest turn made it either scalding hot or ice cold. Finding a comfortable temperature in-between those two extremes took a lot more effort than it should.

The place was great, bathrooms were big and clean. The breakfast was nothing to get excited about, not worth the 900 yen but maybe we just got there too late. Also the wifi kept getting disconnected. But this is the nicest place I've stayed at in Iwakuni yet.

The beds are so hard here but I guess that's the norm in Japan also the wifi connection kept getting disconnected.

I liked everything

Situation very close to train and bus station. Room small but comfortable for one night.

I love the in-hotel sento (spa) to relax the muscles from a day of walking, don't forget to ask for the access code when you check in. The breakfast was tasty and the staff was excellent!
