Pros +
- The hotel met my expectations. Friendly and helpful staff and also nice room. The breakfast was excellent.
- cafe de manhã e parking
- The view was great. I even saw tucans fly by! The breakfast was plentiful and such a variety.
Cons -
- east european rooms, still
- The room was not ready for a guest as Netflix wasn’t working at all. With 4 hour difference some distraction was important. They changed the room but this should have been checked. Though the food was good, the lettuce in the salad was not fresh and cleaned well in the several meals. The French fries were soggy with tomato sauce since they were not served in a separate dish.
- There really wasn't anything that we didn't like.

The breakfast was absolutely wonderful. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful given that we didn't speak much Portuguese.

Breakfast has good variety of options, staff is friendly and hotel is clean and natural light illuminated. The location was great a short walk distance from the event I was attending to. All room facilities were working and well kept.
Parking lot is free but parking spaces are bit cramped or small.
exelentes choices, Fresh fruit, bread, very good coffee, Nice view too
No complain here
Staff very friendly Breakfast was very good
One day the shower was cold. We run out of hot water. We were 4 in the room and only the first 3 had hot water in the shower. The last one took a cold shower. It was 1am, I think it was supposed to have plenty of hot water at 1am.
The parking was convenient, the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast options were great. The staff was very helpful in answering any questions we had.
The only disappointment was that the restaurant was not open in the evenings. The staff did help us by finding nearby restaurants that had delivery service.
No shampoo or soap, very small room. Didn’t worth the money.
