Great location, the staff is friendly and the amenities are super clean and well maintained.

Acoustic isolation is not the best so some noise can be heard from other rooms around.

No transparent explanation to why two doses of Limoncello cost R$150 in total. Manager lacked in communication with us as well

A/C not working. Sauna not working. Pool area filthy, cans a rest o food and every single table/chairs. Small outdated room. Staff knew the problem with the A/C but pretended it was knew to them. Another member of staff told me they were having issues with it for while. Suoer overpriced for so many non functional aspects.

Great hotel and deserving of its 4 stars by Brazilian standards. The rooms are well appointed, comfortable and with quality linen. The breakfast is great in the restaurant area that is of high standard in design and ambience. Definitely my new go to hotel when in Americana.

Hotel restaurant closed on Sundays.

Tv from the neighboor room could be properly listened. It happened during my 3 nights at the hotel. Therefore, I can assume neighboors were able to listen what I was doing.Bathroom needs renovation. It does not match the whole environment of the hotel.

The pool area is very nice. Water is warm and I love the steam room by the pool. I stayed in the suite with the bathtub and it is very spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The food disappointed. Eggs were cold at breakfast, chicken was overcooked in the salad, pizza was oily and cold in the inside. The suites are facing the busy avenue and it is really loud all the time. - it was hard to sleep.

The breakfast is well and all fresh. The service very friendly and the restaurant below is very nice.

The rooms are really incredibly small for two people. If you like to order a meal for the room it is impossible to eat on the table.

The Premium Suite is very spacious and comfortable. Amazing bathtub with jets. The pool is in a nice relaxing area and it pleasant to spend time outside. Breakfast is good with a nice spread of savory, sweet, and local fruits. The front desk crew were helpful and polite.

The regular room I booked was smaller than expected. The pictures of the work area are from the Premium Suite and I needed the space to work so I upgraded to the Suite (which I loved, but cost double). The steam room was out of order - and I had been looking forward to using it. It's rare to find a steam room in Brazilian hotels.

Extremely noisy corridor. We could hear a baby crying since 5am. The wall is not sound-proof

The room was nice, and room service itself was quite good. Decent facilities. I’d recommend checking out the steam room as this was one of the more unique features about the hotel. Restaurant is amazing!

The breakfast was terrible. Pool was dirty and the manager Ilzi was extremely rude when we had asked about our room service bill. She was shouting at my partner and when confronted gave a half hearted apology and simply retreated to the back room and allowed another staff member to deal with us. We also witnessed her abusing and harassing other staff members who were more than helpful with us. Extremely unfriendly and horrible person to deal with. Honestly, our stay was decent until we came into contact with Ilze. We won’t be staying at Hotel Florença in the future as to avoid any future interactions with the manager.
