Nice property with great outdoor amenities

Rooms are old and poorly maintained. Staff is not very helpful; took over 90 minutes to check-in with only 3 other parties in queue.

Pool area was nice.

The ceiling of the bathroom seemed like it had mold and so did the shower .

I didn't like it. It was too old.

Absolutely nothing

Old facilities, mold in the bathroom , broken sink, run out of cold water, unable to flush, mosquitoes in the room, very unpleasant room, the only positive was the breakfast!

The staff is very attentive. The breakfast is good. The hotel is under renovation and the rooms are better than before—although still simple. Good internet. Nice relaxing pool when not full of kids.

Be prepared for the mosquitoes! Towels and bed sheets very simple. Rooms need some paint. Once inside the hotel, you stay there: there is nothing around.

Very nice hotel, that has everything you could want and wouldn't need to leave the property. Nice staff, pools, nice breakfast and options for lunch and dinner. They have a playground outdoors and indoors for kids to play, our two year old was very happy.

I have no clue if the location was any good, we didn't get to see the town.

Breakfast is amazing, gym is good, and the hotel area is nice.

The WiFi is ok, but gets stuck occasionally. The rooms are nothing to write home about, but they are spacious.

The room is not so clean and it's a bit old. The check-in is late and the staff not very friendly.

Room was very simple with industrial light. Refrigerator did not work. The door to the room was very thin so had a lot of noise coming from the hallway. Breakfast was poorly served with cold eggs.

Delay and confusion on the check in time. Many friends of mine who had made their reservations many days before for our meeting at the Hotel only found out that they didn’t have any reserved room on the Hotel check in, and worse than this is that the Hotel staff couldn’t know any explanation for that. Unfortunately, the Hotel check in employees are not enough trained to solve that kind of problem. I had 2 friends of mine who didn’t stay at the Hotel and they had to get another one nearby Carlton Suites Hotel in order to participate of our meeting. It was too bad.

Rooms need updating desperately.Water leaking from the tap in the bathroom, floor was always wet.Bathtub leaked when showering.Toilet plugged.
