I really liked the location of the hotel. Very close to the public transportation. The room facilities were very good. The Onsen was an amazing addition.

This hotel ticks all the right boxes. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the iconic shopping street and perfectly connected by public transport, including a direct airport bus from Nagasaki Airport. Food lovers will be in heaven with an abundance of top-rated restaurants right at your doorstep. The complimentary laundry room was a bonus. The hot bath, complimented by a relaxing viewing gallery in the foyer, was a great relief after a tiring day spent on sightseeing. I enjoyed the delectable ice cream and highball at the bar (next to the check-in area). The design of the hotel is another highlight. Every detail feels thoughtfully considered, blending style with comfort to create a relaxing and modern atmosphere. Whether you're here for business or pleasure, this place makes a lasting impression.
A very modern, new hotel - nice rooms plus a coffee area near reception and a nice bar and patio. Good location near tram stop.
Great location in the ancient city of Nagasaki. The beds were not as comfy as I would have liked but the location and price and cleanliness cannot be beat. We took advantage of their public bath and THAT was amazing.
Beds could use a couple more pillows.
We were in a great location. The washer and dryers were readily available and free. The onsen was both inside and outside for the women. The breakfast was reasonably priced and had excellent variety. I thought the staff was excellent and helpful. When we didn’t like the configuration of the room, Yusaku Inoue was very helpful to change our room. When I couldn’t check in for our flight to Okinawa the next morning, Chen asked if he could do it for me and made sure our taxi was ordered to get us to the airport on time. The manager even came out when my husband asked to see him. We would definitely stay there again.
With all our travel across Japan, I am still amazed at the lack of English staff speakers. However that’s a Japan issue more than a H2 only issue.
Clean hotel room in a good location. The bath facilities on the rooftop were superb. Very good value for the cost.
Clean, well located and comfortable
Rooms are on the smaller side.
Location is brilliant - good connection to public transport and all the sightseeing spots. Furthermore the public onsen on the top floor is quiet nice and the breakfast was really enjoyable.
The single room was quiet close to some air condition and as such had some background noise. But it was too annoying.
Good location, Comfortable room, Nice service
No view
Great central location - can walk to many sights and food and convenient access to buses and electric tram.Very nice and helpful staff who spoke good English.Comfortable room and nice onsen. Also eco-friendly practices if you don’t need room service daily.
No complaints
The hotel was very close to transport and china town. Great breakfasts. The hotel seems fairly new and well maintained....and the staff are fabulous. They were so kind to an older couple with no Japanese language
The staff was friendly and polite. The room was really clean and the inside of the whole hotel looks new. It had a small fridge (I think it's more suited for drinks rather than food) and a microwave too, despite it not being a large room. Although relatively small, it didn't feel cramped at all. There is a public bath. I didn't go but if I come here again I want to try it!If you pull the window blind down it lets no light in, so you can sleep soundly even after sunrise.Remotely controlled air conditioner so you can set your preferred temperature yourself.
Nothing comes to mind
We did not have time for breakfast
We tried statying a second night with the same price as the night we paid for and the hotel wanted us to pay a highter rate. so we ended up moving to a different hotel.
- The hotel entrance is beautiful and elegant. Reminded me of high end hotel or ryokan.- The staffs are very warm, friendly and welcoming. Even the housekeepers will greet you with smile if they encounter you in the hallway.- The location is perfect. Just minutes away from bus stop and tram to Nagasaki Station, and access to many major attractions, though it will take 15-20 mins if you want to walk to Nagasaki Station.- Chinatown and Dejima Wharf is a short walk away, even the famous Glover Garden is a pleasant 15 mins walk.- The room is small but functional and comfy.- Plenty of convenient stores and places to eat around the restaurant.
- I just wish there is a way for the guest to not get a new towels and pyjamas every day. I only change towels once every other day, but since there is no opt out from receiving new towels every day, they ended up piling up in my room being unused and I suspect that they have to wash it anyway in the end, wasting energy and resources.
Fantastic quality for the price - very clean and modern and new look. Good onsen on the top floor and free laundry. Surprised at the value and quality of this hotel at every turn.
For the price - I have nothing bad to say
Comfortable business hotel with coffee and noodle bar available. A bit overheated.
Location was great! Staff was great at helping out with reservation and alternative suggestions to dining options. Thou u’ll soon realise that u don’t need any, just a street across; and it’s foodie heaven!
The hotel is very centrally and conveniently located. The aspect is very nice, lobby, hallways, rooms. Great service at reception and breakfast. The breakfast is very tasty and there are lots of options available. The price was ok. The bar with the fire outside is quite nice experience. Sonogimaccha tea tasting offered, prepared during 8 hours of cold brewing. Great views around from room and hallways.
The room we had is small, hard to manage with luggage (but according to description). The bath is the worse part, because it was very cold due to the large window facing outside and also difficult to ensure phonic and visual privacy.
