The location

Drip coffee and creamer doesn't taste nice

We were very happy to stay in JR Kyushu Hotel in Nagasaki. The location was perfect for us. We had walking distance to train ,bus, stores and restaurants. The staff was very helpful. The room was clean. Breakfast was very good, many choices for everyone.

We liked everything.

Great business hotel. The location is by the train station and access to a department store, several restaurants and services. Convenient for short stays, but also good hub for exploring the city with easy access to streetcars etc.

So, we had four days of traveling to Japan via some other destinations and this was the first proper stay, so we only had the one day, hence we booked the hotel closest to the train station. Links from the airport to the hotel were amazing, regular coaches to and from the hotel. The hotel is situated in a shopping mall, so plenty of places for food and shopping. Access to the tram line to get to the hypo center and other attractions was very good, although a short walk required for the cable cars. We didn't really use any of the other facilities, this was more a one quick day sightseeing and then on the train to our next destination, I would have no issues staying here again. Decent for the price and location.

Room was a little small, just a bed and a small walkway down one side of the bed. This is kind of expected with Japan, so not really a big complaints, all is good.

We had to buy two rooms. It’d be nice if they had rooms that could accommodate a family if 4.

Everything. Love our stay here, and will definitely go back to this area. Friendly staff, easy access to station and restaurants. Good breakfast.

I know they do eco cleaning, but at least take out the trash.

location itself is the best plus hotel was so comfy to stay. going back to nagasaki, i will stay at the same hotel for sure.

The location was excellent. Accessibility to tourist spots including dining was best.

The room was extremely tiny and uncomfortable for a couple. Perhaps it might be fine with one guest.

Location was great as was the breakfast.

The bathroom was awkward with a high step up to enter, a very low sink and a major step to use the shower/bathtub. The toilet was excellent.

Excellent location right at the train station doorstop and within easy reach to the excellent tram system.

Quick Check in and spacious room

Great location being near to the Nagasaki bus stop and the Nagasaki tram station. This made it easy to get around the city area and visit important tourist spots across the city.

The step from the toilet onto the carpeted floor in the hotel was a bit too high, it could cause a sprained ankle if there was a slip. It took some getting use to. I know the layout is standard across hotels in Japan, but I have noticed that some hotels do not have such a high step. Generally a bit small like with most business hotels in Japan so a non-twin bed room is only ideal for 1 person.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was large (by Japanese standards)and comfortable. The location is convenient to ground transportation, shopping, and visiting main tourist areas. Also, there was easy access to a variety of restaurants.

Because we have mobility issues getting in and out of the bathroom was a bit difficult because of a high step.

Just beside the Nagasaki Station. Above the Amu mall and a lot of nearby restaurants. Polite staff and very considerate as they allow us to leave our luggage for a few hours after check out plus they allowed us to use their microwave to reheat our food.

All good. Will definitely stay here again once we are in Nagasaki.

Strategically located, it is steps away from Dinki and bus stops.

This time, we couldn’t get a room on the 10th. floor.

When we reserved the hotel room, we knew that the hotel was located very close to JR Nagasaki station, but we didn't know that many different kinds of stores were nearby. It was super convenient. We also loved the friendly and kind staff. They were super helpful as well!

The room was small but we had everything we needed. There is nothing that we didn't like about the hotel.
