Hotel Concerto Nagasaki

Clean, great location, laundry room, friendly staff!

The location was perfect for the reason of my trip. Walking distance to the university and public transport.

The reception wasnt 24hrs.

Easy to get to places. Bus and train 5 minutes or less of a walk

Elevator is very small

Had the VIP suite with the jacuzzi. But you can’t see out of the windows at night so loses the gorgeous view. The jacuzzi was also not cleaned. The room itself is stunning but showing its age.

Comfy beds, slept well. Nice view from the window to see some mountains too. Location close to the atomic bomb attractions which was the main reason of my journey. Lawson store close by. Calm environment, didn't see any other tourists in the whole hotel.

Location to Peace park and Memorable was good.

Room over crowded with furniture and layout was poor.

The rooms are very large by Japanese standards and excellently equipped. Everything is very clean. The staff is very accommodating and, a real exception for us on Kyushu, we were able to communicate easily in English. A huge compliment. The breakfast was pure luxury. If it doesn't fill you up, it's your own fault. There's nothing negative to report.

I don't like the bean pillows... It would be perfect with other type of pillows.

Clean and modern. Room comfortable and bathroom excellent. Breakfast fantastic.

Staff is very nice and easy to walk to the restaurant and museum.

The room is big for twin beds, they have jacuzzi in the bathroom and small kitchen with a sink and microwave. It's location is good, near to Atomic Museum, a mall with supermarket, and many restaurants around.

The sofa a little dirty no working desk and no plates for us to heat up food.

Very cozy beds and spacious room, excellent value for money, beautiful bathroom and overall very beautiful hotel facilities. A variety of free teas, too.

The room is clean and beautifully decorated. The location is near tourist attractions and restaurants. The parking lot is quite wide, but it is recommended to book in advance to get a space that is not far from the hotel.

Good sized rooms. Comfortable and large beds. Large bathroom and bath.

No greetings from staff on arrival or on check-out. Room lighting system didn’t work well. Sofa cushions stank of sweat.

The location very close to the peace park, and also closed to many restaurants and a mall.The hotel style is particular but I enjoyed it.

Need to climb a bit to access the hotel

Located at a convenient location. The room was clean and beds were comfortable.

Taxi booked for 6am to the airport at the front desk upon arrival and was told that there is no taxi that very morning. Not happy at all! Thankfully, we could easily catch an airport bus not far away from the hotel and we managed to get to the airport on time. However, we only knew of this option from the attendant working in Lawson situated near to the hotel, whereby the hotel reception could easily inform us on this alternative transport.

Conveniently located near train station and some restaurants. It is also very near some of the main attractions. We spent just 1 morning just walking to the Peace Park, Atomic Bomb Museum and the 1-legged Tori Gate, which were just very near the hotel. The breakfast was really fantastic! Unfortunately I was not feeling well during my stay, but my wife and children fully enjoyed their breakfasts every morning!
