The beds were a little hard for my liking but still not to bad

It’s quite a dated property, so a bit hard to say what was likable.Oh ok, it has a ‘private re-entry/exit) into the park.But one must go through the park first before using this private re-entry gate.So right after the light and especially fireworks, by that time would be 820pm+, it’s nice to quickly walk back to the hotel and freshen up for sleep rather than drive back into town for the next nearest hotel.

1. The staff were such a stickler that checkin is 3pm and nothing earlier even though we arrived at 230pm.2. The command of English was quite lacking- it was a struggle to get through some simple questions about timing into the park and the various pricing.

The hotel was nice and the private entrance to the park was great. Good price for location.

the beds were very uncomfortable. We were also a family of 5 and had to stay in 2 separate rooms, not adjoining.

My room for two was spacious. There is a mini convenient store inside the hotel. The hotel has a dedicated entrance to the park.

Everything in the room was just right, making it a wonderful stay :) Room was clean, Love the toiletries, especially the beauty cleansing kit, but toothbrush is a tad too hard. Renovation on exterior was ongoing so curtains hv to be drawn. If you are plan to stay between Feb to Mar 2025, just get standard room, ditch the view.

Convenient entry to Huis Ten Bosch - there’s a private entry/exit access for hotel customers which was useful for NYE! Staff were exceptionally customer oriented and professional! Comfortable clean room!

Private Gate to the Huis Ten Bosch Theme Park for Hotel guests after you have checked in is convenient.

There is no shuttle to the train station. It was a 20-minute walk from the hotel to the train station through the linked bridge with luggage.

It is a very comfortable and welcoming place to stay. The ambient, design are beautiful and the services are friendly. The dedicated theme park access gate and next to Lawson convenient store is a plus point for the stay.

The breakfast is delicious but the menu is the same and repeating for the next day and the following days too.

Accommodating.. and giving me a chance to move the date of our check in . No additional payment. It's a luxury hotel but not expensive.. complete amenities and delicious food. A place to relax is perfect. Thank you to the manager and to Podelu and Yoon and other staff who are quick to respond. Thank you so much.. i will recommend this Hotel Nikko.

Room size was really good. The public bath was large and spacious. Room was clean.

It was a bit far from the train station. Perhaps there can be a shuttle bus.

Location is good

They don’t allow people with tattoos in the onsen. It’s not 1900 anymore!Also, the hotel is very old and loud, we could hear the people above us walking around. Breakfast was quite expensive.

The bed and the breakfast are great. The access to huis ten bosch park through the hotel gate.

Nothing i can thing of. Maybe, extra breakfast charge for my kid which is not include in the price of booking.

Very close to Huis Ten Bosch! There’s a private gate too. They also provide cold water at the lobby during hot hours which was very convenient to fill my bottle

There’s no coin laundry in the hotel. Have to walk about 20 mins to the one in Harbour Town (in HTB), or outside (I didn’t go there)

1. Customer service was exceptional. There was no language barrier as the staff spoke English, and they were very accommodating when we had inquiries. They even lent us an adapter at no extra cost.2. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was an air purifier. The ambiance, interior design, and decorations had a relaxing vibe.3. The Nespresso was a pleasant surprise!

I didn't like that we stayed just one night. I wish we stayed longer. A hotel definitely worth coming back to!

Park side room actually have a splendid View which make us feel living in an European Palace. Room is very spacious.The chairs are comfortable and relaxing. I am very surprised to receive Beauty packs.
