Location

Breakfast was okay. Location is good.

The rooms are outdated for the amount of money paid. The TV is small and only has Japanese channels. You have to go stand in line to use a microwave on the second floor. It's alot of revenue in this hotel and it's still fitted like the early 2000's. The halls smell of smoke where is the proper ventilation for the smokers.

The room size and the value was exceptionally good. The staff were polite and helpful. Located nearby the Sasebo river and park, we had an open view from our window. Also this hotel is walking distance from Sun Plaza shopping arcade, we walked to get our shopping and meals done easily.

The large window of our room swings open from inside so easily that some safety measures could be implemented.

Even with the parking voucher it still cost 800 yen, and the price was not communicated beforehand. The beds were hard.

Room is nice. Location is good.

Lack of car parking space. Our group came with 2 7-seater MPV and was told that they were too high for the car elevator.

Friendly knowledgeable staff , convenient location for exploring city and points of interest. Breakfast not used , nor dinner.

Cheap but nasty

Shabby rooms, no sign of renovation since the hotel was built. Everything is falling apart, flimsy and tattered. A nightmare. Breakfast is not worth a hundred yen to pay for it. I stayed for two years but I won't go again. Disgusting.

Location to Navy Base

Rooms are just a little too small so we had to pay for 2 rooms.

This hotel has a great location, and it was nice to stay in a hotel in Japan where my family of four could be in a single larger room. Also, it was great to have self-service laundry in the hotel; was not able to see that in other hotels that we stayed in on this trip.

The downside of this hotel is that it is a little dated; the decor has not been updated in some time and the beds were very hard too. Our travelling companions' room had a bathroom that was so smelly that they needed to change rooms. The other down side is that the hotel advertises that they have on site parking; but it only holds three cars for a multi story hotel.

Always easy and professional. Easy to find and centrally located near shopping and restaurants. Staff is pretty friendly as well.

The rooms are a bit outdated, but nothing to deter staying there again. I didn't like that they didn't put us near each other.

The room at the hotel was large. The mattress of the bed was less than average, but everything else about the room and the hotel was fine.Well located.

The mattress was like staying at my grandmother's.

The rooms smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Even after we changed rooms. We got the staff to unlock windows and this made it less arduous. But just not good enough.

Location. Price is reasonable. Spacious.

Do yourself a favor and pick a different hotel.

Do not believe the advertisement of private parking the hotel has. They have no parking. Parking is public parking a block away from the hotel. Upon my arrival, I was told there was no parking. Even after I showed hotel staff the actual advertisements on Booking.com that claimed they had private parking. They refused to honor their claim. I had to park a block away and pay for it. No offer of compensation for my inconvenience or added expense was given by the hotel. I believe based on my experience that This hotel engages in deceptive business practices and should not be trusted.

The hotel was perfectly located and the comfort and cleanliness of the facilities were only exceeded by the helpfulness and friendliness of all the staff.

The breakfast buffet quality and service were very good to excellent. Alternated buffet menus between two menus; not a problem if you are staying a couple of days but staying 11 days would have liked some other choices.

Great walkable location close to a beautiful park and major shopping and food area.

Good location for what I was there for. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfasts were as good as expected. Laundry room 24/7 a plus.

Small TV, weak Wi-Fi, long distance from the station, no coffee and tea. Breakfast is expensive and very tasteless.
