Pros +
- It is a beautiful location with lovely facilities at a reasonable price. Highly recommend place to stay for families going to Huis Ten Bosch
- This hotel was nice and cheap right near Arita. If your coming to visit Arita for the pottery this is a good simply place to stop.
- It is new. Looks nice outside.
Cons -
- The rooms were small, kind of expected.
- Unprofessional Nepali staff who don't answer messages, Japanese hospitality is becoming a thing of the past, what to expect from Nepalese? The rooms are tiny, you can't turn around in the unit-bath. Even the fabric slippers are reusable. And all pf this ¥30 000 one night!! Ha ha ha. One more. Public spa available from 10:00am. I haven’t ever seen this service in Japan ever since 2002 I live here.
- Receptionist were not very warm. No welcome tea because hotel is booked out. One has to reserve an available breakfast slot at check in for next day, not go there at a timing that one is convenient in the morning. Felt restrictive. Everything's " chargeable " even for toddler breakfast- 3.5 years old. ( only v basic continental, see picture for the "full" set). Dont bother with buying breakfast since it is nothing spectacular. No dinner available at hotel despite being so far away from everything. No help with luggage from reception at all. Very "ugly " yukatas/pjs. I can go on and on... but in general there are much better choices for this price range in Japan, and with better services.

Complimentary onsen next to hotel. But that's about it.

Very clean and functional, nice tea ceremony on arrival
Spacious and comfortable bedroom and bathroom. Large carpark
Location is a little out of the way
This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I had another wonderful experience. It's conveniently located near Huis Ten Bosch, and there's a free onsen nearby. The room is cozy, and the breakfast is delicious. Overall, great value for the price!
Nice clean and comfortable. I love the free tea ceremony experience! Great eateries nearby.
Location, helpful staffs, clean room!
The room was clean and the reception was very good. I got to taste tea from the expert who praised matcha green tea. She was very friendly and made me relax after being tired from traveling and checking in.
The room is a bit small. The floor is noisy and I booked a room with an upper floor so when people on the second floor walk, they can hear quite a bit of noise.
Peaceful small place… great drive to Hasami. Free onsen was good, as well as the tea ceremony demo…pizza restaurant just a stone’s throw away isgreat as well
Double bed was rather small vs the norm.. apart from this nothing much
Cute little spot which felt newly renovated. The breakfast was great, it felt truly homemade with special love and attention to detail.
Very friendly staff. Onsen next door. A very quiet and peaceful town.
Onsen, but it’s not the hotel’s onsen it’s the public onsen that we use coupon of hotel.
Staff not suggest anything about the facility such as Onsen or traditional Japanese tea performing.
Beautifully located, with a great izakaya nearby. Friendly and dedicated staff. Clean and comfortable lobby. Would stay again.
The room was a bit small, but that is really all I can complain about.
Generally good, staff were very helpful,, clean.
Restaurant closed a little earlier than I thought it would for dinner but probably not surprising because of the llocation being a little out of the way
Don’t hesitate to book if you are in the area. Al clean looks new. Friendly and helpful. Free tea ceremony and Onsen . Restaurant simple but good value. Great area to explore the pottery factories and outlets
Nothing. Would highly recommend
Very nice personell. Price Quality was super as Well.
Rooms smelled a bit to humidity.
Good facility, clean room
Location without car, you can't reach.
Clean and cozy, hotel are new instead of the photos shown which are quite rustyAvailable car park outside the hotelToo bad don't have time to visit the free onsen next door
