Pros +
- Great central location within walking distance of shops and train station
- Location was great. Service and cleanliness was good
- That staff there was amazing in accommodating to my family and my needs all throughout the three weeks we were there. I never have been to a hotel where the staff has felt like family to me and that made a very positive difference in our stay there. Never worried about not having enough towels in the bathroom or not having water in the morning. For long stays definitely recommend this place.
Cons -
- A/C was a little slow
- Towels could have been a little thicker
- The air conditioner in our room didn’t work. Also the room and bed were too small.

Second stay here (last was 09/2024). Nothing changed—which is great. Clean rooms. Comfortable Bed. Great shower and bath. Friendly staff. Fast, free WiFi. Love Restaurant Maple’s affordable breakfast buffet—a great value for ¥1100. Truly enjoyable hotel to stay at.
Good location and affordable. The staff was also very courteous.
Very convenient location
The air conditioner in our room didn’t work. Also the room and bed were too small.
Great location not in the middle of downtown Sasebo but pretty close to everything and enjoyable. The hotel is clean and the staff is really nice to work with.
Can’t say there’s anything I don’t like about the property. It was a great stay.
The location is convenient and the staff were very nice. The breakfast included a good assortment of options, and it was satisfying. I really enjoyed the eggs, flan with coffee topping, and the toasted bread with powdered sugar.
The beds were very firm. A gym would be a nice addition. For the breakfast I think it would help foreigners understand all the options if all the items had English translations added to the labels. There were some things that I didn't try because I wasn't sure what they were.
The staffs were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is so clean and neighborhood are very quite
The hotel is very clean, but basic. Staff is very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Good value for the money. Would stay there again.
English instructions on how to operate the air conditioning, TV. and remote. More variety of items on the American breakfast.
The comfort of my room.
