Good location, friendly staff

It was central to where we wanted to go. The staff were amazing. It was clean.

Very close to the bus station (if you come by Highway bus) and also not far away from the train/ tram station. The staff is friendly and can speak english. The room was clean and well equipt with everythink you could need. Also big enough and very quiet. They have a lift and you can store your luggage after check out.

The bed was somehow a bit low and the matress a bit hard but other that this it was all good.

Terrible much much too small especially the bathroom. Could not even get breakfast when I booked it.

Nothing to be honest.

Convenience to transport to station and a number of really interesting sightseeing places including Mt Inasa and hill side temples and shrines. Close to good food and short tram ride to good shopping.

Smokey smell in the hall way leading to the room.

It was in a great location from main train station as well as then getting the bus to the airport. And generally getting around the city to see the sights. The bed was comfortable room was clean and staff super helpful and polite

Small hotel very close to the shinkensen station. Good sized room, but the bathroom is very small.

Our room was next to the elevator which was very noisy overnight.

Location is amazing, one block from train or tram. Room is large and comfortable, beds were good, staff were friendly and accommodating to requests.

The staff is nice and kind. the room is not so modern but clean and kind big.not so far from the station but need to walk a bit. Some convenient stores around the place, also the local tram station.

the fridge didn’t work but that’s ok, didn’t use it, just checked.

Staff is absolutely amazing. Perfect location. Just a short walk from the main station. Main tourist attractions reacheable by street car. Nice room, with confy bed, nice shower and toilet and very clean.

Good location and not far away from the station. Just take the bridge across the main road and walk up a side road.

Property is a bit tired, but quite comfortable. Breakfast is essentially a bento box delivered to the hotel, so a bit disappointing.

Location

Rooms smelled like smoke. This bothered me because my reservation did not say I had a smoking room. The hotel is not clean due to strong smell of cigarette smoke. I wish the hotel was non-smoking.

It was disappointing.

The room is clearly not clean and comfortable enough. The futon and duvet smell so bad, which feels like they didn't wash them at all.

The staff at the counter were just so friendly and warm. Words are not really needed. You can tell by their energy how they are pleased to have you there. Even the lady who was cleaning my room was also very nice. I really felt protected and welcomed here. And to add to that was the excellence of my room. It was just the right size to feel rested. It was very quiet and felt homey.

Very near to bus terminal. Lots of eateries nearby. Highly recommended

Air con in the room points directly at head of bed

Location is good just 5min walk from station. And room is reasonable good size considering I only book single person use and even have a sofa in room. Love they have two big windows at the room. Nice view of the city as well.

Check-in time too late at 4pm and check out time way too early at 10am.

The location is excellent. Just next to the Highway Express bus terminus

The city tourist tax is not included in the price of the accommodation when we booked. We need to pay in cash

Near train station, access via pedestrian land bridge: safe and quick.
