Sasebo Washington Hotel

Location - 2 minute walk to bus station and small market, 5 to train station, mall and restaurants.

The room was tiny even by Japanese standards, one coffee package daily if you were lucky, no Western breakfast as advertised unless you count tiny croissants and yogurt.

Close to the station. Clean. Good for a quick stop.

The smallest bed in all of our stays in Japan, the hotel itself seems pretty old compared to other "Washington" brand hotels in JP.

Reasonable price for one night stay.Room is quite small.Minutes of walk to the train station and so it was convenient for getting to Huis Ten Bosch to catch the fireworks and returned to the hotel early in the morning.

Very clean and easy to get to. The Sasebo train and bus stations are literally across the street. Clean premises, plenty of available amenities.

The dryers in the laundromat didn’t seem to have enough heat to dry clothes.

A perfectly nice hotel right next to both the Sasebo port and the train station. Walking distance to many restaurants, bars and a mall nearby, with a 711 right next door. The room had a mini fridge, which was a pleasant surprise.

Nothing terrible and nothing outstanding.

Wish the air conditioning was stronger

Sasebo Washington Hotel's location couldn't be better with close proximity to a Family Mart, the Sasebo JR Station, and ferry terminals welcoming international arrivals. Most of the CBD is within walking distance from the hotel.

The room was quite small, even for Japan, and the breakfast was underwhelming. I was given a slip that said breakfast would be served until 9:45AM. When I went down at 9:10AM, they were already starting to clean up the remaining food.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of convenient stores nearby. Great location. Bed and pillows were comfortable

You can’t control the temperature from the room.

The location was great! Close by to the Sasebo train station. Also close by to car rental. 10 minute walk away from the shopping street. Room is relatively spacious for the price we paid.

The room was SO small and the a/c didn't work so I was really hot in the evening.It was 20 minute walk to Yonkacho every time I wanted to go there....

It is very clean and easy to get to access wise. Also, it was close to the entire shopping area, which made walking easy instead of driving.

It was a little warm because of the season. It is hard to predict weather in Sasebo.

Room is slightly bigger than others we had stayed in during this trip. Breakfast spread is good

Rooms are well maintained but can still see it's abit dated and old.

It is quite close to the train station and Sasebo port.

The room was quite cramped while the lights were not in a comfortable tone. The TV is also not facing the bed.

The location is great and the staff is very nice.

The car parking beside the hotel does not belong to it and you need to check with the hotel staff where you can park if the parking lot at entrance of hotel is full.

Was conveniently located in Sasebo, but just of the main road which I preferred. Very close proximity to bus station, which is the quickest and most convenient was to get to / from Nagasaki airport.

The hotel is right across from the train station and there are many great restaurants and shops within walking distance. The morning breakfast was tasty and very convenient.

The room was small and dated but clean. For business it’s all you really need.

This was the first time I stayed in this Motel. LOVED IT. Everyone was so nice. Breakfast was great. We really enjoyed staying here. Loved the fact that you had accessories (ie) toothbrush with paste, facial mask, face cleanser and cream for both men and woment.

I couldn't find anything that displeased me.

The staff was very pleasant and it was easy to catch the train with about a five minute walk.

Pretty sure I am disabled after sleeping in this very uncomfortable bed with pillows that I’m pretty sure had rocks in them. I had to go buy pillows because my neck hurt so bad after sleeping like that.

It's a nice hotel for a quick stay in Sasebo. It is walking distance from the train station and walking distance to eating and drinking venues. The staff was very nice and accommodating.
