Pros +
- The location
- The location was central and close to the tram line making it very easy to get around. The staff were very nice and helpful especially with the parking. The room was clean, as were the laundry facilities and for what we paid it was good value.
- Close to the station. Attentive staff. Has assortment of consumables.
Cons -
- The room was very small and basic. The window is overseeing the mansion right across about 6 feet away. You can be seen from their windows. There?s minimal privacy if you decide to open the window.
- The bed could have been a bit more comfortable for two people but considering what we paid it was still good.
- Found a fallen fake nail on my blanket.

Location: 3 min from bus terminal; 10 min from railway station. Quiet streetBreakfast: good varietiesStaff: polite
Location, close to everythin
Whole hotel was advertised as nonsmoking, but I was put in a clearly smoking floor, and no non-smoking rooms were available
Nice TV and very near to the station
Room is very small and very expensive
Possibly the best value hotel in Nagasaki. Although the room wasn't big, it had everything neccessary, a big comfortable bed, shower/tub, decent WiFi, fridge, table, TV etc. Given the location, it just can't get any better.
Check-in was easy. Rooms were small but clean. Location was perfect.
Once the keycard was in, the lights could not be turned off, which meant the AC could not be turned ON with the lights OFF. That means nights were too hot in the room.
Location was very good. The hotel itself is on the smaller side, but the rooms were big despite this. Breakfast was good, and the variety was sufficient. Staff was very friendly, and could speak good English.
For our room the bathroom was elevated quite a bit from the level of the room, this can make it hard for people with bad legs. If you are one who has this kind of problem, it probably best to ask the hotel, if they have a room that doesn't have an elevated bathroom.
Very clean and they also give free care-products as you wish. Free luggage storage and no push for early check out. I just like it.
They don't speak English well, but you can communicate with translation applications.
The rooms and facilities are very clean. Location is great, near tram station, bus stations, and it is across a shopping mall. Staff are friendly. Free unlimited bath salt!
Excellent location and registration process.
Very poor Wi-Fi: beware if required to work remote
I love the place near in everywhere
I heard something noise in the night but its okay i still want to comeback there and stay more days, i just wish more breakfast to serve like the mizoshiro
Great place to stay for a few days!5mins from the train station and only 20mins or so from the museumsStaff were really lovely
We didn’t realise we booked the smoking floor
Good location near JR station and AMU mall. Breakfast buffet was good.
No air-conditioning in May because hotel is on " energy saving" mode. This was not communicated on the booking page at all. The room became too hot and stuffy and were offered no other options. Reception asked us to just open window. Bad sleep throughout the night due to the open windows and could hear everything from.opening of doors from the shops , to parking of cars etc. Basically bad sleep quality. While I understand that it's good to be environmentally friendly , but at least have a fan mode for the aircon? Aircon is not just for lowering temperature , its for circulation and ventilation too. If I had known that there's no aircon i would have booked another hotel. Receptionist not very friendly as well.
The hotel is great! Amazing value for money. The location is superb. Next to the train station and tram station. It's super easy to get anywhere in Nagasaki. The room was small but very cozy.Check-in and checkout was super fast with their screens and although they don't have their own parking, there's parking behind the hotel which costs 1200 yen per day. We left the car there for the 3 days we explored Nagasaki.
We only travel with backpacks and we're fine, but if you come with lots of luggage, you might have a small space problem.
Priced right good location comfortable.
Still have smoking rooms! Disgusting, just ban it everywhere Jesus christ.
Great location near the main train station. Everything is from a good walking distance. Perfect for a week stay and the breakfast buffer is def a huge plus!
The hotel is in perfect location for a short stay. It is easy to drop the luggage after morning arrival and enjoy the city. The wifi worked well, the breakfast offered reasonable choice. I would stay again.
Nothing to complain
The location is really good, and the price is affordable. It's pretty close to Nagasaki Station and the Expressway Bus Center. There are two convenience stores nearby, and it's really convenient.
You have to cross the pedestrian bridges to reach the hotel. If your luggage is heavy, try to find an elevator or escalator rather than taking the stairs.
