- Very bad, rude and impolite receptionist at 19:50 - 20:10 on Sunday 28th December. The hotel owner and hotel manager can check record of security camera to see how rude he is with checking in customers. We parked car to block a door (maybe a storage room door) but we didn’t know as there’s no sign we can’t park car at that spot. It was a normal white line of car parking space we parked. So during check in, that male receptionist asked to collect car key with him then we just asked him politely in English why do we have to give him car key? He didn’t even answer us why but shouted loud to us “out out out!!!”. He asked us very rude to bring our car to park outside. So we gave him car key without understanding why he wants to collect it. Then he leaded us to car park to explain us that our car is blocking a door but still he explained with very rude manner. Also housekeeper didn’t clean room good enough because all my hairs from first night was still there when I came back into room on 29th.

And when we got in the hotel for the first day at 8pm on 28th December, we just ask nicely “why that you have to take our car key?” then he just got angry and shouted to us “out out out!!!!” In conclusion, this male receptionist is very rude. Then he acted like nothing happened the next days. For the room, the size is okay but the toilet is a little too small.

It makes the job. For this price, don't expect something amazing. If you just look for a bed and a warm shower, then it's fine! The staff is kind. I also could park my bicycle in a safe place and protected from the rain.
The time slot for the breakfast is short and early (from 7:00AM to 8:30AM if I well remember), and be aware that it's not a buffet and it's not hearty.
