Spacious apartment, central location across the JR Station.

Interior feels a bit dated.

Location was good and room was of a decent size. Very peaceful and quiet environment.

The sofa was dirty and stained. We didn't dare to sit on it. Wifi in our room wasn't working. Tried to make a call to the support team via the tablet but no one picked up. They finally replied via the chat after 20mins.

Great location close to transit and an excellent champon restaurant nearby.Room was spacious enough to spread out.In-room laundry and drying fan very convenient.

Very nice, near the station though you will need to find the overhead bridge elevators if you have luggage, but it is doable. Apartment has everything that you might need. Drying rack in bathroom works great. Super big room.

Price is unbeatable. Spacious apartment and you have all facilities available.

Cleanliness need to improve. You can feel the sofa is a bit sticky when you sit down on it. No luggage storage is available before check in and after check out. As you can feel the house is cold even with conditioner turn on. This is rarely happened in a Japanese hotel.

Spacious, modern and good location. Situated in quiet area 10 minute walk to station .

Having instructions for washing machine in English would be helpful.

Slowest, worst check-in process at front using the tablet though all information was input through online booking process. The hot water in the bathroom was not available unless pushing the button located in the kitchen; attempted to ask this question where to start hot water by a phone call three times - no one ever answered. No staff is available at the hotel, completely no staffed. Someone answered the online chat using the tablet about no hot water issue, no one told me about it must be started at the kitchen.

The whole setup of the property is great. layout is nice with bed, a living rm , kitchen and bathroom. Location is walking near to station.

1. wardrobe is small. only can hang 4 winter jacket. to provide more hanger and a expanded wardrobe or cloth hanging stand.

The room had a lot of space for whole family, beds are big and comfortable, the room comes with washing machine which is very convenient.

Unmanned property, slight difficulty during check in process as we didn’t understand why additional payment was required. No affiliated parking, we almost could not find any parking during one of nights when we arrive back at the hotel.

The sofa was hard and not comfortable. Kettle wire hang over or near the sink when boiling water -- not safe. Kitchen area is very small.

The apartment is big and comfortable. Location is convenient and easy to find. Check in was easy and instructions were clear.

Great location, close to the station, AMU Plaza (with plenty of restaurants there and nearby), the tram lines, and with ample space for a family of five.

The kitchen was difficult to manage if you wanted to do anything other than boil the kettle. It would have been nice to have a new/clean washing up cloth, rather than a used one with holes in it. The contactless check in wasn't as easy as it would have been with someone in person.

The check in procedure is not efficient . The tax of yen 1800 should be paid when we were doing the advance check in together with filling in the guests information instead of paying when we reached the property . Should provide more hangers as we are a group of 10. There should be hooks for us to hang our stuff too.

The room / apartment was huge by Japanese standards and great value for money. It was well equipped with a kitchenette, washing machine and comfortable beds. The location was also great as it was just 5 mins walk to the Nagasaki JR station and AMU mall.

There was no cleaning at all during the 2 days we were there including the disposal of trash. I suppose if it’s just a short stay, it’s fine. Do check if they clear the trash if you stay more than 2 days. If you happen to drive like we did, there isn’t parking at the apartment so you have to use the nearby coin parking, which are available nearby.
