Candeo Nagasaki is an excellent value. Clean spacious room, nice bathroom. Loved the rooftop spa a bath. The view from the lobby is amazing. Staff were perfect.

I loved the location. I wish I got to spend more time in the facilities. Staff was very helpful storing my luggage while I went around the city even after I checked out.

Amazing Onsen with great view. The rooms have very high end finishes. It looks very elegant/classy.

While there was lots of seating in the room, the space to actually put your clothes is a bit limited.

The room is spacious and the location very convenient. At walking distance of most attractions and close to public transportation.

The Queen we got had a small tub and you could definitely tell where they cheaped out in plumbing and trim work. Parking should be validated for the big garage right across.

Very convenient location. So easy to get to all of the main attractions by tram or by foot and great kind staff. Bath on top of the building was so clean and nice. Recommend!!

Didn’t know what to expect, since it was my first time staying at a Candeo Hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and bed, amenities and breakfast quality.

Loved the onsen it was so nice! Liked the location close to everything we wanted to do which was around the harbour and the peace park

I thought it was going to be a bigger room based on the photos. It was a bit smaller than I expected but par for the course for Japan.

Very well situated in the center of Nagasaki, just besides the entrance of china town, close to the center of the city, Spacious room with a XXL kings size bed. I have never seen a large bed like this before, it is in sharp contrast with other , of course cheaper hotels in Japan.Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The onsen and sauna were a real plus.Nagasaki is a very nice town with of course a very sad history. There are a lot of things to see and do. The atomic bomb museum, the peace park, Mt. Inasa Overlook for the most beautiful, night, views of Japan, Glover garden, Dejima the Dutch trading post, battle ship Island, visit also the museum etc. the people are very friendly and interested.

The hotel has no private parking, had to use an external parking lot. The hotel is covering a part of the parking fees. It was OK, the parking was not that expensive and really close to the hotel.

The breakfast was good.

The staff was unfriendly. The room smelled like smoke which made me feel terrible when I woke up. The room had no view except of the back of a building, even though I specifically chose this hotel for the view they said it offered. The bed was way too soft(weird for Japan) so I expect it was very old. I actually hated it here so much I ate the cost for my second night and found a different hotel.

This was a very good hotel, well located within the Chinatown area and close to trams and buses which made touring very easy. The hotel is modern, clean and our room was a very good size and had a extra-king sized bed. Breakfasts were excellent if a little pricey.

Again, we found the pillows to be far too soft for our liking which made for a somewhat restless sleep. The bed was enormous but also very firm. Otherwise there was little else to fault apart for the surprising absence of a bar although alcohol could be bought from Reception.

Amazing hotel. Sky spa is incredible. Excellent breakfast. Great room size. Comfy beds. Great location.
