Overall Quality

Pros +

location is very close to where I wanted to be every day. Staff is very welcoming.
Swimming pool and gym were fantasic. Room was made out of heaven. Breakfast was one of the best I have ever seen - they even had cheese from my country! (Greece). And the best of all - the price of stay was beyond amazing.
Very nice hotel with good facilities, nice breakfast and friendly staff

Cons -

I can smell mold inside of the hotel hallway and room, which made me cough sometimes. The hotel’s central air condition system does not work well. The room temperature cannot be lower than 76 F (24 C), making the stay not very comfortable.
The hotel is a bit detached from the centre of the city and from points of interest. A taxi ride is necessary to go anywhere, which is not a big issue since taxis are plentiful and cheap
The facilities was good.Laundry services was very express but a lot expensive.Handling payments has become critical. Not everyone accepts VISA and you have to pay with Cash or via WeChat app which is complicated to top up for foreigners (you have to have a Chinese contact who sends you the money and give him the cash).

The Staff are very Kindly but they speak less English. There are three restaurant: China style (a wonderful restaurant ala carte) + a Pub + a Buffet restaurant with a lot of dishes. The position in the city is comfortable. The size of the room and the bathroom it was very good. The Taxi was very cheap with DiDi App

5RégisPosted on: 3-2-2024

The room was spacious, and the bed confortableThe breakfast and night buffet had a variety of choice, but I didn't fill this was exceptional in terms tasteThe front desk people were kind and smiling

The air conditioning system, the room was too cold (18oC) despite the system was set at max (30oC)The bath room was not perfectly cleaned Most of the the windows in the room were hidden with curtains _ obviously because of a poor view on the rear due the surrounding buildings, finally, no natural light or almostAll the lights switched on suddenly in the middle of the night
