What Guests Loved

Pros +
- Loved this hotel ' neat breakfast is great as well as service perfect location
- Not a Marriot name worthy. Got a smoking room. Why? I never asked for this. Even the rooms have signs it is forbidden to smoke. When I asked for another room all rooms were booked. It mentioned it has a bar. This is not the case. Only for a coffee in the lobby. No room service available after 9 PM. It does bit reflect the score on booking.
- The breakfast was very good
Cons -
- The aircon didn't work, the room was over heated and stuffy. They shifted us and it was slightly better in the next room.

- if have shuttle bus to ZhengZhou East Railway station will be prefect and the lobby of the hotel is a bit small and the hotel amenities is very limited.

The size of the room and the facilities provided. Starbucks is just across the road and plenty of restaurants around.

Location Very helpful staff, especially at Front Office. Highly professional and proactive
A very limited bar selection
The staff were helpful, they tried their best to be able to communicate
Well the price booked and price paid were not the same
Everything. Especially the front desk and restaurant staff who were so welcoming, polite, courteous and very helpful, particularly as my luggage did not arrive at the airport, and they helped me get it back in 24 hours. Housekeeping is excellent, with room being cleaned by polite staff every day. I loved this hotel.

Room was spacious and bed very comfortable. The surrounding is very quiet and allows a good rest. The hotel is stylish and the staff very friendly.
The rooms are not perfectly clean and some guests at breakfast were very noisy (I know that’s hard to control by hotel staff).
Comfortable hotel good value and good location, with plenty of good food options just outside.
Room smelled a bit like cigarettes, even though I asked for non-smoking room. I guess previous guests just dgaf.
