Hilton Zhengzhou

definitely a world class hotel

The front door arrival driveway and yard were cracking, breaking, and missing cement pavement which for sure would severely damaged the hotel's reputation.

The rooms were very good. Breakfast was good as well.

They First did not find the reservation made via Booking.com. When you arrive after an xxxL-Day… and a Hilton reception takes 15min. Tonfind your reservation… that is Not what you hope for.

Second time stayed here. It’s good in general, facilities are well maintained, staff are friendly, location is good. Will choose this place again.

Nothing in particular.

Convenient location, very clean hotel, and friendly staffBuffet dinner was amazing, everyone should try it

The service from all staff was very Hilton. There was nothing left out.

Room showed some signs of typical China age but given we also stayed here 8 years ago it was still pretty impressive.

It’s located in the center of the Zhengzhou city. Clean room, great swimming pool and gym. We also had a buffet breakfast in the hotel which was delicious.

Location close to metro station. Bathroom with bath. Large room. Good breakfast. Spacious room. Indoor swimming pool and gym.

Good hotel. Convenient for 2-3 days. Very helpful staff. Good food overall, Henry was specially helpful in dinner time.

The clean of the room was a little poor.

Room, Breakfast,

Location

The room was large and comfortable with all necessary things inside. A complementary plate with fruits was a pleasant suprise. The breakfast was great of Chinese and European cuisine. The staff if friendly and helpful.

Nice room, very helpful stuff, good breakfast

The room was clean, the bathroom was great, and the executive breakfast was excellent. The location of the hotel is also very good. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable.

The room was very warm during the day and the air conditioning wouldn't cool the room down. I think the central air conditioning was fixed to warm air and there was nothing that could be done. It was fine at night.

My room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed the bathtub and the great service provided by the helpful staff.

Airconditioning too cold

Cleaning service was good

Aircondition out of servise, too hot in the room, cant sleep how hot was...Instead 2 person one come and didn't show any understanding.I didn't ask to make new bill, just ask to change 2nd breakfast for one dinner...They reject very easily

Nice room. A lot of restaurants nearby. This hotel accept foreigners.

Very overpriced. Front desk was slow and some of them didn't speak English. There was only half of available dishes in the restaurants for breakfast. So Hilton promotes illogical thing - if you want to eat you need to arrive earlier coz if you come 30min before the end, they give you only a few, limited dishes. We were disappointed in such a policy because we paid for a good breakfast but instead got a basic Chinese food.

Breakfast

Very noce personal.Elena is the best receptionist. She solves very good important things. Thank you

Location is the best in Zhengzhou
