The front staff are excellent. The breakfast was great.

Breakfast had a large and delicious assortment of East meets West.

That room service speaks English better.

The front desk were all easy to work with including Sherry, the breakfast buffet was exceptional, location was very centralized

Breakfast was varied and quite tasty. Lily was very helpful in bringing tea and food when requested. The hotel is in a quiet location and shopping is easily accessible by using taxi. Anthony from France was very helpful in upgrading our room to a cooler location plus windows can be opened to let cool air in. The hotel Chinese restaurant food and service was very good. Other staff members including Anthony did help in suggesting interesting places to visit in our 9 days stay.

The bedroom was very warm as airconditioning does not work on winter months.

I love this high class and comfortable hotel. I have stayed here a few times and it is excellent. During my most recent stay Alice, Sherry and all the reception staff gave me excellent service. Next time in Zhengzhou I will absolutely return.

This hotel has to be one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, better than hotels in the USA, Europe and the rest of Asia. The staff has been incredibly helpful and friendly, I struggled to get my credit cards to work when I checked in and somehow managed to get another card to get the payment, I recommend that you pay on booking before arrival to avoid issues with that. The young man during the night shift has been an outstanding gentleman that helped me through communicating with everyone in the hotel, I didn’t catch his name but I’d like to thank him here. The breakfast is fantastic, great options for everyone. Their coffee is also really good. I need to also mention how the facility itself is clean, organized and luxurious. If I’m back in Zhengzhou I’ll definitely be staying here again, it’s my first time in China and definitely wouldn’t be my last.

The gym equipment is obsolete. The air conditioning is not working well, i cannot cool the room.

The breakfast was excellent, there was so huge selection of different kind of food and the taste of food was also good. Room was clean and quiet. Ordering food to room worked also smoothly and fast.

I recently stayed at Sofitel Zhengzhou International for three days and had a very pleasant experience overall. The staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay. I would like to especially commend Miao and Antoine, who went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. Their exceptional service truly made my visit memorable.

I would suggest that the receptionist in the main restaurant improve coordination regarding billing, particularly with regard to breakfast charges. In my case, I extended my stay by an additional night and requested the bill to be included in my room charges. Despite my clear request, I was asked to pay separately for breakfast, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, it was obvious that I was busy and in a hurry, yet I was still insisted upon to pay cash upfront. A more careful review of the system or greater attentiveness to guest requests could help prevent such misunderstandings. Improving this aspect would further enhance the overall guest experience and ensure smoother service.Overall, I had a great stay and will definitely return for my next trip. Thank you all!

Very nice lobby , comfortable beds , breakfast options and breakfast area , staff prepared breakfast bag for us at 5 am to go to airport . Food at the Chinese restaurant was outstanding.

The aircon cannot be controlled was a bit warm in the night . Shopping malls not close to hotel .

Jasmine was very helpful with anything we needed, going above and beyond for us, and offering a free late checkout. The breakfast was really nice and the rooms were amazing with great views. Hope to visit again in the near future.

I was immediately impressed by the Sofitel Zhengzhou upon arrival. Both the lobby and the rooms exude a sophisticated artistic charm, showcasing a stunning sense of style. The interior design is truly remarkable.

The room was quite small and lacked a closet for hanging clothes, which was inconvenient. We were also unable to adjust the air conditioner to a lower temperature, making it uncomfortably hot. Additionally, the breakfast options were very limited, and the staff appeared disengaged and unhappy.

Club lounge needs to be improved. Quality of food and drinks. Everything is self service in club lounge.

These guides offered an insider’s perspective on the region, introducing us to the vibrant local culture, culinary delights, and even unique shopping experiences that showcased the everyday way of life in Henan Province.The hotel itself was a haven of comfort and luxury, with every amenity thoughtfully designed for an exceptional experience. The swimming pool provided a serene escape after work meetings, and the dining hall was a daily highlight. Each meal was a masterpiece, with chefs crafting unique dishes that delighted our taste buds every day. Winston and the rest of the staff were outstanding—always approachable, efficient, and genuinely eager to make our stay memorable. Our spacious room was immaculate and filled with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a second home. The hotel’s location was incredibly convenient, offering easy access to key attractions, a local park, and necessary amenities. This was, without a doubt, one of the finest hotel experiences we have ever had, and we cannot recommend it highly enough.
