Zhengzhou Yuehai Hotel

It was very much in the center.

On the first day there was no bacon in the breakfast. But on the second morning I could get bacon and the hotel staff were very polite and helpful.

Perfect location, close to everything.

The room details on Booking.com clearly state that it is a non-smoking room.I sent two messages to the hotel before my stay to confirm, and they both replied that it was a non-smoking room. However, when I arrived, there was an ashtray inside the room, and the hallway was full of cigarette smell.Even the hotel lobby had a strong smell of smoke.I think this should be clearly indicated on the website.

This is our 2nd time in this hotel. Our preferred hotel in Zhengzhou. Facilities are great. Complete stuff.Staff are great. Location is the best.

Asked for a non smoking room but still got a smoking room

Location is perfect. Lots of shopping and eating options. Very near Erqi square.Room size is big with complete amenities.Parking is available at the hotel.

Breakfast may need improvement specially the Western food

Located near to a walking street market where you find many local restaurants and street foods. A spa and family mart shop nearby where you can buy your daily needs.

Nothing to stay

Great location.

It’s an outdated hotel, with old mattress and furniture. The walls were cracked. The beds were stained.

The room and bed were comfortable and clean, I slept well. Breakfast, mainly asian, was delicious.Staff was friendly and really helpful!

Smoking is allowed inside the building, you could smell it.The window was not soundproof.

Very dirty aircon not working as promised room was smelling bad

Very dirty aircon not working as promised room was smelling

Superb location close to Metro and city center. A wide range of breakfast choices.

A slight smell of tobacco. My allergic condition is quite sensitive and brings a slight discomfort during sleep.

Breakfast-average with local hot food and little western food. Location is perfect for shopping and eating. The Railway station is 15 mins walk away. Five mins walk to subway ErQi Station. Staff at front desk are always busy not so helpful and friendly. Due to our long stay we were upgraded to Executive floor with huge room, comfy bed and sofa. Views of the busy ErQi shopping area.

The room can be hot due to the central control air condition. The hotel lobby is rather dated and unwelcoming.

Location is good place Breakfast is very nice

Furnishings are old

Place, near subway, malls , local food

The hotel was in a good location. There was a great choice in breakfast and its location was amazing at the top of the hotel with a revolving floor.

The health club is somehow not good equpid and the machines don't work well

I have stayed here before many times. It is my go to hotel in Zhengzhou. Great location.

I have nothing bad to say about this place.

t was the worst and filthy hotel I have ever stayed in my life. never go. no one speaks English. they don't even know how to bill

everythink

Nice central location, staff partly spoke English or tried.

Although it seems very modern, the hotel and it's equipment is a bit old now. They renovated the showers though. Please bear in mind that the central location makes you hear all the fuzz happening around the square

Confort, clean, staff and all facility are very good

Very noise area in centrum, breckfast is poor not frendly for foreigns, staff poor english

Close to city centre

People are smoking everywhere in the loppy, the rooms. The cooling wasn't good, not cool enough. It feels like there was no air-conditioning, only fan

"Excellent stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with easy access to shopping malls, metro rail, and taxis readily available. The food was delicious too!
