Holiday Inn Wuhan Riverside By IHG

This is a clean and tidy hotel. I just stayed the night but room service was good and polite. Food was decent. Good service at the front desk. Typical what is expected from a Holiday Inn

Every detail was perfect. All the comfort of a western hotel chain. Also the cleaning staff was amazing. They put so much detail in the room service. Also the view is amazing no matter what side of the building your room is.

The only tiny issues were that the hair dryer was broken and the location isn't well connected to the metro system. You need to take a bus to get to some place with a metro station. The location at the river is amazing though.

It is the prime location for night view and you could see many thing around the river. The room is very clean and spacious. The staff is very very very helpful even we cannot speak chinese but they are trying their best to communicate with us. Help us sending items for friends in China too. I requested them for the corner room and they help us arrange the corner room. We booked 2-3 months in advance, I think they can help you with that request. Next time visiting Wuhan this is a must place to stay. Just perfect!

The reception and housekeeping staffs are very helpful and friendly. The staffs at the cafe which serve the breakfast were extremely accommodative and provide superb service.

This property is in a super location right on the river front in Wuhan. The river views are spectacular. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The property disappointed in terms of the standard of decoration and general cleanliness. The windows in the breakfast area that look on to the river were quite dirty. There were stains on the ceiling and the standard of cleanliness generally was poor. I expect higher standards from an IHG Hotel and I was very surprised to find a hotel in this condition in China where standards usually are the best in the world.

Unpleasant and disappointing, give. a room right under the floor of where construction is taking place. Woken up early everyday by loud drilling and banging. Not what I paid for.

We had a great stay here. We were upgraded to a river view room, it was beautiful! The location was great, and the restaurant on the boardwalk was an excellent location for dinner.

Location and breakfast were great! Staff was nice and some of them speak English. Subway is not nearby but taking taxi is very easy and not expensive.

It was a nice hotel at the river side and close to Wuhan Bridge.All staff were polite and helpful during checking in and out. Also like the location near Hanyang Street and Huanghelou.

The staff were great and spoke some English (at least one of them did). Also, the Lakeview room I had was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast is Chinese food and there are some waffles for those westerners reading this.

I love taking the subway in China, but the hotel is near the river away from any stations. However, calling a Didi (Chinese Uber) is easy and they are readily available near the hotel.

We loved the location of the property. It was near some really interesting tourist sites. The hotel was clean, comfortable and good value. The view at night was awesome. The staff were very kind and gave us an English map of Wuhan.

The hotel is well located with great views of the Yangtze River. The staff was helpful.

The facility is out of date and not well maintained. There were flies and bugs in my bathroom, which were disgusting.It is overpriced in Booking.com, and much cheaper price can be obtained if booking in other platforms.
