Sheraton Grand Wuhan Hankou Hotel

The room was fantastic

The quality of the Chinese restaurant (staff was good)The concierge service was very very poor (basically they could only call taxi all other questions where too complicated, they just referred to ctrip for potential bookings etc)

Location was perfect. Staff were professional and our room was perfect. The breakfast buffet was awesome with a lot of options! It would be nice if it was closer to a metro station but not a game changer. I would definitely come back and stay again here if I return to Wuhan!

Clean spacious room. Good housekeeping. Comfortable beds. Spacious bath area. The breakfast was great.

The thermostat in the room was not working. The hotel needs more staff with proficiency in English.

Please, see below!

The room was big, like an apartmentHas TV -only 1-2 English channels-, Wifi, A/C,Miinibar, Shower/bathtub.Breakfast was included -I did not take it- so, I cannot rate itThe evening buffet was very good. All you can eat for one price. Beverages included!Ver, very friendly staff

Nice bedroom, choice for the breakfast, swimming pool of good size and cleanliness in the changing room. It's also not far away to the Hankou railway station if your plan is to get there by train or to leave by train.

I booked 3 night as a Genius 3 member, and then extend for an additional night. The discount was not applied on the 4th night. Also for the fapiao, it took several discussions to obtain it.

Near Fanhu Station on Metro Line 2，clean and comfortable beds。

Breakfast has something to satisfy both Chinese and Western guests. Very good. The room was fabulous, very comfortable bed.

Nothing to complain about.

Location

I was charged extra 7000RMB on top of the 5000RMB because of the mistake of the receptionist. I am still waiting for this money from the hotel. The hotel is pretty old, needs to be refurbished.

Very nice hotel in the beautiful city

So slow check in and check out

Comfortable bed and large size bedroom

Breakfast starting at 6h30, a bit late for me.

clean and comfortable

not near subway and amenities

The room is spacious, the breakfast is perfect.

the bathroom has smoking smell.

The room was very comfortable and nicely decorated with a great bathroom

Everything, the staff is really helpfull. We met an internship, a young boy coming from Swistzerland, his name is Bobby and he is the perfect waiter. Kind, smilly, speaking really good English... I know his next employer will be very lucky. Great stay.

Really nothing, we stayed at this hotel 16 days and everything was perfect.

Great facilities, helpful staff, relaxing pool and saunas. Delicious breakfast

The room was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom with tub and shower was great. Cannot fault the actual room but I do feel the facilities and services could do with an upgrade to be inline with other hotels of the same price range.

We stayed here the night before our friends wedding as a treat for getting ready - we live in Wuhan so we knew of the hotel. However, we decided to go for lounge access and I'd say compared to other hotels the offering was a bit slim. In most Chinese lounges especially Wanda etc we've found afternoon teas/ beers etc available in the afternoon. Here it was an apple and a sprite. The evening was a bit better with some hot dishes and wines but I don't think we'd bother again. The breakfast was a little depressing, very very busy and the cafe area is windowless- not the best quality of food.

Friendly Staff

Room’s unnecessarily. No member points for bookings from booking.com.

The shower is good

Location good , breakfast good

The breakfast was amazing and staff was very helpful. Excellent professionalism at all levels.

Can’t think of something
