Jinmao Hotel Xian Central

The hotel is very well located, so you can explore many attractions by foot. The room is spacious, decorated in a clean and modern style. Very comfortable bed and great shower.

It would be good to have some more light fixtures in the room and a safe deposit box.

Brilliant breakfast, lovely staff. All incredibly helpful and friendly despite the language barriers. Would definitely recommend to anyone

The hotel was a luxury experience, especially for its price and location. The food served at breakfast was exceptional, the rooms were very clean and with a set of fresh towels every day.

Good location, friendly staff and very comfortable room.

Outside was a little noisy at times.

The location of the hotel is one of the best, close to a street food full of flavor. The wall is around 15 min walk distance. The staff is very helpful and the breakfast was good to have something before going out to explore the city.

I already been here before and I decided to back again. Room is great, very large, cozy, well equipped. I arrived at early morning and they immediately grant access to my room despite the check in was scheduled for the early afternoon. I didn't check the gym, but the laundry is nice. Great rooftop view. Perfect position.

My evaluation in very positive but I can provide some suggestions for further improvements. The breakfast can be better, maybe with more options for westners. As a design choice it has been decide to not close the toilet in a separate room but only to hide it behind a curtain. I don't like it all.

Excelent location and value for money, the breakfast is also good especially if you prefer local food.Just sad I got the small room.

Clean, great breakfast, friendly helpful staff.Free bottled water whenever needed!A great place all round

I enjoyed everything

The location.

From the pictures we were expecting a "better" room: i.e. we found the window open and couldn't be close because the mechanism was broken. They fixed it after our complain. The room was cold, the heater wasn't working and they provided the portable heater, after our complain. Overall the room as such was old and uncared.

Awesome location, big rooms, good gym, nice staff

Everything was good. Mattress a little too soft.

Very good location close to the main touristic spots. We enjoyed the panoramic room that was huge with a very unique setup. They prepared a breakfast box for us as we had to leave the hotel very early in the morning.

There was some construction work in front of the hotel until very late in the night. The front staff doesn’t speak any word of English.

Location, cleanliness, confort, amenities

Location and cappuccino machine

Breakfast as it has almost no western option., just eggs and one day they forgot to make them. The bed was very hard and the pillows flat. The hotel is dark, dingy and kind of worn down

Good location close to PEK airport

They don’t have concierge service, nobody helped me with the heavy bags, it was extremely hard to pull them through all the corridor and the room was too far from the elevator

Very modern, great location in the city center, good breakfast, nice gym, comfortable rooms, very decent place

Fantastic central location. Large, clean room. Decent gym for a hotel.

Some noise from slamming doors from other rooms on the floor. Breakfast selection was ok, but a bit average.

The location is superb, and the room as well (e.g facilities, cleaning)

Might be a bit noisy at night, but the windows isolate it pretty well

The restaurant had a very nice vibe! Open space and traditional style. The room was also kinda traditional and very cozy. Staff were super kind and helped me with arranging my tours and any need I had. Also a plus: they speak English which is not that common in China. They even gave me a panda teddy bear as a souvenir! ?

May be they could improve breakfast options.

Location - centralized, near to the Bell tower and Muslim quarters.

Common area looks a bit dated and breakfast could be better

Excellent location in the center of town near the drum tower and great local eating places nearby. Convenient free guest laundry facilities

Our room was previously occupied by smokers and had a strong smell. There’s no A/C in the public areas. We had to leave early to the airport, and the staff had previously promised us boxed breakfasts, but the morning staff didn’t know about it and were annoyed with our request.
