Hotel is nice, clean & looks quite modern but a bit outdated. But nevertheless it's a franchise, majority of stuff doesn't speak English at all, including a room service & in room dining.

Extremely poor service in the restaurant. Staff were rude and food poor. The reception staff should speak English. Very hard to communicate and be understood
When it is get busy during breakfast, staff lose track of certain services: cold coffee, slow to collect dishes.
Taking in consideration the price, I missed having an outdoor swimming pool - the one available was more for sports.

It was a very nice stay, and all the staff were all very kind and helpful. The hotel is located in a convenient area, full of restaurants, and close to some attractions. I would definetely stay there again!

Taking in consideration the price, I missed having an outdoor swimming pool - the one available was more for sports.
