Probably the first Sheraton opened in Xi'An City in 1990s, though the facility is quite old, but overall set ups are very convenient and making people feeling comfortable. Abundance food choices of breakfast buffet. Nice hotel staff, very helpful.
Indeed some hotel facilities are very aging...Need to be refurbished.Also, the hotel location is in the west part of the city, not very popular location.

Well - hotel is just ok. Oldest Sheraton hotel in XiAn. Needs definitely renovation if want to keep demanding customers. Really good breakfast.
Smelly corridors and room, spirit for details, but this does not exist at China at all. Dirty/used walls, carpets - simply to re-decorate NOW.
Room is spacey and no smell of cigarettes
