Jin Jiang West Capital International Hotel

The hotel location was ideal, the staff were friendly. John, james wang and mrs spring were unbelievably sweet and cheerful.

Breakfast had a decent spread. Room and spacious and clean. Front desk staff were knowledgable on tourist needs. Location is superb!Washing machine facilities are clean and fully functional.Room temperature was appropropriately set.

Gym was limited, but I was well aware of that alreayd through the photos.

Value for money

When I opened the door the room was smelling bad, I think it was from the toilet - even though the beds etc were done pretty well

The location was great, walking distance to a few popular spots. Even if it was inconvenient to take metro from this location, that's not a problem, because we were using Didi every day. We had a super spacious suite with a lot of storage space and resting space. We had a view of nearby historical buildings. The breakfast was also nice.

The temperature control of the AC was not very accurate. It was a traditional dial one, not a digital screen with different modes and a timer.

Location is excellent for old town walking, metro is 200 m away . Hygiene was excellent and room size and comfort great . Room was non smoking. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great place located for on foot exploring of Xian

Buffet breakfast was available at hotel but I did not book it. Location is great as there were at least two 24hour eateries within 5mins walk from the hotel. it is also a short walk to the subway station, Drum tower and Muslim Quarter.

The location is unbeatable, you're a 10 minute walk from the Bell and Drum towers, and a 10 minute walk from the wall. All major tour companies that pick you up for the terracotta warriors know exactly where the hotel is and it was very easy for that. On top of that, the free laundry and the bottle water were awesome. I also heard the pool is great, though I didn't have the chance to use it

For whatever reason, my room wouldn't cool down no matter what. I had to turn my fan off and then open the windows, otherwise heat would be blasting out. Also, if you use google maps the hotel isn't easy to find as two different locations show up. My first didi there, I had to put in Du City God Temple and then walk over before i could get the real address.

I've stayed here four times. First time was very nice, but I won't be staying again, and cannot recommend this place if you like nice rooms and friendly customer service.

We entered and approached the front desk. Two workers were there. Neither said hello or greeted us. The woman eventually approached us. The man working was extremely rude. It makes no sense to work the front desk of a large hotel if you're not going to greet or communicate with clients. He just sat on his phone scrolling. Very rude to ignore us. This hotel is not cheap for the area.Our room was outside the large cleaning closet that workers kept loudly opening and closing late into the evening. Constant noise in the hallway. Our toilet didn't flush properly, and shower didn't drain. There was a large window on the bathroom that was awkward. You could see everything. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. There was only one chair for a family of 3, and no furniture or desk other than the beds. My wife and I shared a small back less chair while having take-out food. No screens in the windows, either. I'm in Xi'an often, and there are many options for hotels. This one is not a good option if you'd like a good impression of this country.

We enjoyed staying here. The staff are very polite, nice breakfast, well situated near to the city walls and bell tower. It has a small gym and free laundry service.

The hotel is centrally located and hotel building is classic.

The bedsheets were not changed and only one out of two bath towels were replaced during our 2 day stay.

Location, professional and helpful staff, excellent breakfast, clean and great facilities. Highly recommended!

Clean and comfortable room, friendly staff, John and Ken and others. Location of hotel is perfect, near Muslim food street, Drum tower, Bell tower and a stone's throw from Metro station.

Wonder why DiDi pick up point is always at the road outside the hotel? A bit confusing for those who are new to the hotel

The breakfast is good, full of choices. The laundry room and the gym are free to use. The staff is super nice and all of them are very helpful. The location is okay.And the hotel restaurant offers delicious food during the dinner time as well!

The breakfast is good, but it would be nicer if there is chocolate tartine for the bread besides the jam or butter.The room is great, big and having toys and a tente, and the bedsheet is also colorful instead of pure white. The staff is all very nice!!

The air conditioner inside the room cannot be controlled by us and the wind is too strong even we put it to the smallest. Hence we had to turn it off completely and this was a bit stuffy in the end...

Nothing, just the taxi pick is on the front street as Didi app don't allow you to call on the hotel.

Everything is within a walking distance, shopping and tourism spots. clean and nice hotel.
