Beautiful building with very comfortable and ample rooms. The staff was super friendly.

In the suit room, it should be a couch to sit comfortably. The bathroom should be renovated. It needs to have a better condition.

Staff were nice. We arrived too early and asked if we could leave our bags at the reception so we could find some lunch.The same happened on checkout. We were able to leave our bags at the reception until we were ready to leave Londrina.Breakfast was really good. Hot dogs and pão de queijo were the favorites.I don't remember her name, but the receptionist with short hair and tattoos was helpful and very polite.

One of the guys who look after parking the cars didn't have much patience. When my parents arrived with the car and I asked him if I could just leave the keys with him the first thing he said was "you have to pay for that!". Something I obviously knew before hand. This made me and my parents very uncomfortable.The room itself wasn't bad but it could be a lot better. It is very dated due to the old floors, doors (one had a hole in it) and some of the furniture. The ad mentioned a hot tub. In reality it was an old bathtub that despite being clean it looked dirty because of the stains.For a 4 stars hotel I would expect better maintenance in the property.

The hotel was extreamly dirty and the time of booking was delayed by 2 hours. Besides this, I was the one that booked and paid by the 2 rooms under MY NAME but they gave the better room to the other couple in my group. If I'm paing, they should understand the best room is for me. I couldn't complain without looking bad with my family.

Everything I work in hospitality also and this does not even compare to any hotel I have previously worked or stayed in ! Too many things to complain about. The stay left a sour taste in my mouth and was not value for money !From lizards in the room to not having privacy at the pool area (having my picture taken by some man at a conference, without my permission-GDPR !! Terrible experience

The location is great. The room size was pretty good, although badly lit. The hotel looks great from the outside, and well placed close to the one of the best neighborhood in Londrina. There are many nice restaurants close so you can either walk or reach through a drive/taxi.

This definitely does not look or feel like a Blue Tree Premium hotel. The shower would never heat enough during my stay (no matter how long you would leave the hot water running). The room I stayed had windows and a balcony that were easily accessible from a roof/terrace that was close by. The parking, which is not free, was badly managed, and I had often to go personally down to the garage to ask for my car. Room service was especially limited, where you had to do everything through WhatsApp, including asking for the menu and making the request. During breakfast, you often had to wait for the staff to replenish options such as pao de queijo, although the salon was not full of guests. Some options, such as fried eggs, omelets and tapiocas, are not included in the breakfast fee, so you have to pay extra. It felt like an old hotel bought by Blue Tree brand, but is about to close, or something. Would I stay here again? I don't think so.
