Very welcoming front desk staff, amazing service .especially Mr Naweed javed . Help me a lot regarding upgrading my room.

Every thing was good , instead BBQ restaurant ,staff was over talkative, restaurant was over priced, when someone with family please don’t gather around, let them enjoy dinner.

It was extremely a bad experience staying there in Avari , helping staff was too slow. 2 short circuits happened in our room and we found beard hairs in our food that we ordered. Highly disappointed

Renovated rooms

Very dark, customer services was ok and breakfast place is so small. Gym , spa and pool timings should be extended so as quality. Executive lounge need bugs spray or pest control. Taxi service were not professional too much smell in the car.

I enjoyed my stay as past stays. Staff was very cooperative. Bell captain Mr Ahmed was very nice and kind to me I would like to come againTariq Aziz Karachi

For the Paid Price the Rooms were unclean. Gave a very old vibe. Very below average towels

Outdated bathrooms and bedrooms Were in non smoking rooms but could on he same corridor smell very strong smell from smoking room it was very off putting and unpleasant

Great service and breakfast amazing and everything was great clean tidy kind staff

Faraz and naveed the duty managers were extra helpful and made efforts to make our stay as comfortable as possible .Overall staff was very forthcoming with tge lounge excess it was incredible 3nights at Avari lahore

Staff was more helpful then last time

Shame to say this , but I have stayed in this hotel many times …they have not changed any furniture in this hotel for over 18 years since I have been coming never been given and discounts on anything They really need to make major chances to the rooms and restaurants for a different look … more cosmopolitan style

We travel from England and originally from India. We were so excited to visit Lahore and Avari hotel stay made it so easy for us on providing information with Lovely atmosphere and very helpful staff.

From the moment you enter the hotel to the point you leave the service is exceptional. Mr. Naveed at the reception is so kind and helpful he remembers every customer by their name which is such a personal touch. My son was unwell and they were so accommodating from medication to special dietary requirements everything was beyond my expectation.

Everything was amazing there was nothing we didn’t like.

Location, facilities and especially the staff was really helpful. I would like to mention Naveed, Arooba and the guy at the gym reception. In fact all the guys from reception, housekeeping, restaurant, all were really nice and helpful.

TV in rooms are not smart. I visited with kids so I will recommend them to upgrade TV's so kids and bigs and enjoy the YouTube, Netflix etc.

I found the de-core and rooms very dated. The size of the rooms and suites were also smaller than anticipated.

This was my first stay in Avari Lahore, and it was definitely not the last one. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly and professional Frint office staff. Mr Atta, the duty manager, took personal care of us and upgraded us to club rooms. The rooms are big, and have all the necessary amenities and beds are super comfy.The breakfast was great with a lavish buffet and a big variety of dishes to choose from. The bell boys, security, housekeeping, room service staff, and everyone else have shown us what the true hospitality is all about.I'm in love with Acari Lahore HotelIt is a great value for money.
