CleanlinessRoom heating was good in cold weather

The elevator was not available for the ground floor, it was difficult for senior citizens to climb the stairs

Everything was perfectly arranged for us as we wanted, from decorations to the upgradation of our room..specifically thankful to the officer at the reception Kareem sahab who dealt our every request on the spot and was in contact with us at each and every step. The trip and arrangements were possible just because of him and all credit goes to him for his kind and calm nature. That person deserves a raise ??.

Nothing to mention. Had a small "hot water issue" but it was resolved on the spot..

Only the receptionist Miss Ammara who was supportive and cooperative

Everything. No hot water in wash rooms, very old smelly towels, no top up tea accessories, fridge were out of order, hotel needs full renovation

My stay for short period but staff are very humble and cooperative specially Ms Ammar and Mr Asif. Both guide me very well to schedule my days to spend in Lahore. I will recommend the hotel

Staff was good, they were not focusing on tips and provide req. services

This area is noisy, and wash room was not clean, but on req. they did clean for us.

Everything. Customers service was on point. Receptionist were very helpful and the hotel helper (shahid I think the name was) was extremely helpful. Property was extremely clean. It also had a massage/Spa facility which was worth paying and experiencing such a good time in Lahore Grand Millennium Hotel. The location was extremely excellent as the attractions were approximately 15 minutes away . The breakfast was included in the package. The food was brilliant and tasty. It was a buffet place where the food was unlimited. Unfortunately I did not make any photos, I have videos which I cannot add into this section.

Staff are frequently noted as very friendly ,polite ,and helpful and especially GRO Ammara she is very helpful .many say that the guest relations and reception staff makes a difference.

Rooms are well cleaned and organized every thing ,whole staff are cooperative respected and honorable especially Ms Amara Naveed and Mr Kareem so I will prefer rate 10/10

The hotel was very damp and un clean. It was very unhygienic and dosnt help anyone with asthma.

The room quality and location

Our overall experience was good. The room was comfortable, the staff was very cooperative, and the location was excellent

The room was spacious and the receptionist was extremely polite . The room wasn't ready so they served us coffee

They had no HOT WATER

Staff was very cooperative and accommodating and helpful, very clean, tidy and spacious room and food was also very tasty

The hotel is on the road and got the room facing the road so the noises from the road was a nuisance as disturbed the sleep a lot which was much needed because i had to appear in an exam the next morning

The staff and service were amazing at the hotel, from the front service desk to the bell boys - it was a pleasant interactions all around.

The wifi was not well placed hence getting work done was challenging, the entertainment didn't work properly as it was probably due to dish pointing.
