- Services were very good
- Great staff. Couple friendly. My fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast buffet is phenomenal, and the private entrance to Emporium Mall is very convenient. Great inner atrium and views. Spotless rooms, bathrooms and common areas. Strong wifi.
Cons -
- Room floor was squeezing
- Safe didn't work. TV would freeze constantly/turn off itself. Mini fridge was never cold. Hallways are a bit dingy, and despite being a nonsmoking hotel, smoke is smelled throughout the hallways. Overall, it didn't quite live up to the 5-star hype.
