As always i am impressed..Staff attitude is friendly and informative..Cleanliness is up to the mark..Food quality is also healthy and tasty..Staff at the reception is welcoming..

They charge extra money and food is tasteless

Our recent stay at Hotel One The Mall was excellent. The front office staff, in particular, was incredibly welcoming and professional, ensuring a smooth and pleasant check-in and check-out experience. This high standard of hospitality extended throughout the entire hotel, from the friendly and prompt restaurant staff to the cooperative housekeeping team. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the overall service made us feel right at home.

Good service and acomodations

They didn't provide iron and iron board instead they charge for ironing

The location and the dining area.

There wasn't a table in the room so one could work. There was a constant smell in the room.

The staff were phenomenal, the room was clean and comfortable, and the stay was well worth the value

Everything was perfect like as breakfast, cleanliness, staff and facilities

Things available in room minibar like as soft drinks etc should be in complementary not to be paid extra charges else remove them from the room if it’s not in complementary.

The location was good

The room was smelly, toiletries were not given, pillows and mattress were very uncomfortable, no sound proofing which disturbed me whole night, complementary breakfast was below average

Great Location. Good Value for Money

There was no hot water. However they quickly fixed it on complain.

The room was quite and clean with all necessary amenities.The shower ? pressure and temperature ?️ was perfect.The experience of breakfast was really good.

The only thing that bother me a little bit was the door lock of my room. It was not working for eah time means I had to try more than 1 time to open the door.
