It's my second time staying with nishat hotel and just like last time they're amazing, Mr Shayan and Another Staff Person at reception were very nice and helpful they upgraded my room for free and gave me free breakfast option which was not included in my room, in my opinion it's best accomodation in lahore

I just want to suggest nishat team to add spa and suana in their hotels which is very important for travelers

Amazing, really clean, modern style, western standards, I visited 3 of the top hotels, this overpassed them by far.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Nishat Hotel. Everything was exceptional—from the top management to the doormen and drivers, every member of the staff was incredibly humble, professional, and courteous. A special thanks to Manager Waleed, Uzair, and the bellboy Ali, whose hospitality truly stood out.The breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety and quality. The hotel’s prime location made it easy to access everything nearby. I would definitely choose to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch experience in Lahore.

The only downside was the pillows, which were quite uncomfortable and definitely need to be upgraded to match the otherwise high standards of the hotel.

I had a wonderful experience at The Nishat Hotel Gulberg, Lahore. Upon arrival, Mr. Uzair at the front desk kindly upgraded us from a Deluxe Room to a Royal Suite, which was a generous and much-appreciated gesture.The suite was beautifully furnished, spacious, and very comfortable. The overall ambiance of the hotel is elegant and welcoming.Breakfast was also a highlight of our stay, offering a nice selection of authentic Pakistani dishes. The restaurant manager was exceptionally courteous and even remembered our preferred style of eggs each morning—an impressive personal touch that made us feel right at home.From the front desk to the restaurant, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Highly recommended, and I look forward to returning on my next trip to Lahore.

The hotel has noticeable cleanliness and hygiene issues. Fixtures like toilets, WCs, and mirrors showed clear signs of wear and tear and are not maintained up to the standard expected from a hotel of this class. Sanitary fittings definitely need an upgrade.

Cute and funky hotel in upmarket area. Hiotel kindly provided all hours access to food even though it was the middle of Ramadan. Friendly and helpful staff.

The service was impeccable, everyone from the driver who picked us up at the airport to the desk staff, bellboys, housekeeping etc went above and beyond for us. Extremely friendly and respectful and made our experience at the Nishat a wonderful time.

The bath and toilet seat had a few stains, maybe these are a little old and need replacing.

We were provided a free room upgrade by adnan. This guy was welcoming and supportive during stay.

Aqsa and Qaisar Abbas were super friendly and helpful. I needed to hire a driver, they were on it. My mom got sick and I wanted to take breakfast to my room- they accomodated me. The entire staff was resourceful and friendly. They always greeted me with a smile and literally helped me without even asking for it. Fantastic experience and stay.

I like this property nice location close by the airport and the staff was really great.Upon check-in reseption guy, i forgot his name he was a really nice person.And night manager irfan and bellboy shan are both amazing people. They make my stay amazing.

I gave this feedback before too - the smoking area needs to be more user friendly. It's right in the driveway and not very convenient.
