Staff was very courteous and helpful, and they upgraded me and tried to accommodate every possible request in a decent manner. Some of them were very cooperative, specially the front desk guys.

The rooms were very old and outdated and the exhaust fan of the restroom wasn't functional due to which the steam of hot water wasn't going out easily. Lightening was very low, esp in the restroom, lightening in the room was alright. The breakfast on Day 01 was little better as compared to Day 02 and 03 because some items were missing. Again it was just an average, decent stay.

Location is good accordingly

Very very bad experience regarding breakfast. I can call at reception for breakfast he replied in only 20 mints its ready but after waiting of one hour i recall he replied politely sir our staff boy is going outside now he come back and preparing your meal after 20 mints of more wait i check out without breakfast with hungry child also. The kitchen staff is totally time pass they cannot know the worth of others time and don't respect of their duty

Everything was more than satisfactory but the staff was very very cooperative especially Mr. Naveed receptionist deals very politely and professionally.it was a very comfortable stay.

Hotel location was at service road. But hotel was clean the room provided to me. Other rooms are small congested. Only small cabinet was available.

The price for the hotel was very good. Good air conditioning, quiet, peaceful, beds very comfortable and the staff very nice , helpful and polite. Breakfast simple but good enough. I would stay here again.

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, Relaxing silent and the amenities were great. The staff were professional, welcoming, making the entire experience good. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort and luxury.

Worst Experience; Better to Sleep on Road

Rooms were smelling so bad that we have vomiting ? in the middle of night and had to go to the MedCure Hospital ( nearby). The use air freshener in the start before I see my room so I didn't smell anything wrong in the start but as soon as it artificial smell fades the reality starts to kick in and I cam to know that I have made the worst decision of my Life. The staff specifically the front desk officer was rude and didn't commented on my complain and remain stubborn.I will never book this hotel again. Please don't go there.. You will be admitted to the hospital after it.

My experience was Ruined by thier unprofessional staff

Staff non responsive and annoying behavior of denial and making the customer think he is wrong and they are right . The staff on reception need serious training on being more responsible they become defensive if an issue beinf reproted . They make mistakes / do not respond or stand by thier commitment and on being told they go to denial . I called on thier number in morning to ask for breakfast they didn't pick up on me telling them they said no I didn't call or I might have dialed a wrong extention . I could clearly hear the phone ring out side but they kept on lieing . They reception staff specially in the morning was rude . Despite me reaching late and on given time of 6pm they didn't keep the room ready . They didn't serve me breakfast either .

Disappointing

At night, staff voices on the reception disturb. Sometimes they had gossip in loud voice.Next to the hotel, there’s a gym who played songs such in a high volume, its seems a wedding hall. We inquired about the loud music and we had been told on reception that next door is a gym and they played music till mid night. We had no choice to wait till midnight with no use. Finally I had to call to gym at 1:00 and requested if they can put the volume down because we could not sleep.It was such a big disappointment that why hotel management did not take any action about this.

The staff was very cooperative and handled the situation professionally. When I informed them about the issues with my initial room, they immediately upgraded me to a much better room at no extra cost. The upgraded room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, significantly improving my stay. Their customer service was excellent, and they genuinely cared about improving my experience. This level of responsiveness and hospitality was the highlight of my stay

My stay started off poorly because the initial room I was given was not well-maintained. The cleanliness was below standard, the bathroom had an unpleasant smell, and even the towels had a bad odor, which made the experience quite uncomfortable. Given the high price they charge, I expected much better hygiene and room quality. While the management's quick action resolved the issue, I believe they should focus more on maintaining cleanliness and ensuring that all rooms meet the expected standards before guests check in.

It is not a complaint but I just want to highlight that the hotel should provide more bathroom accessories.

It was a good staff was good and cooperative.

Maintenance issues as we booked the room and the inverter was not working, wifi was really slow not working properly.

Excellent service, clean rooms, and friendly staff made for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!
