Everything was great from lower staff to higher staff. Service was top class and it meats my standard.

Washroom was so smelly.They charged me extra on arrival more than the charges shown before

The gym was big and beautiful but the weights were cheap and thus was a profound rubber smell all around which deterred me from using it.

Slight updating needed bathrooms and small things also only one access card to room which is needed to keep it cool

Perfect place for those looking to stay in the center of the city. The facilities were amazing, there was a huge pool, modern gym and a spa with highly skilled staff

Everything to be honest, their swimming pool was out of order, they didn’t have parking space for guests. Their rooms are not up to the mark as shown in pictures, with old bed sheets and pillows covers. Rooms don’t have proper lights.

Im staying in this hotel since last 3 years Every time i visit it feels like home Moreover I must mention the last incident when i left the money in a room Its was foreign currency more than 50 k pakistani They shown great example of honesty Called me and told me about my money that i didnt remember till that time And returned me the full amount.

The hotel staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The breakfast served was very nice and the kitchen staff were very accommodating to any requests made during breakfast.

The bathroom facilities could have been a bit better.

Except location there was nothing to like much.

First of all the staff and lady at the counter was very cold\dry behaviour. They did not even serve us welcome drink. The room wasn't even ready the receptionist said your check-in was at 07:00 AM, however I booked the room at 10: AM ;). The room was not properly clean at all. The internet was a big problem didnt even get it, (connected without internet). It was 29th december but no hot water in washroom. The food was not up to the mark and it was priced very very high. I did not used laundry but thry charged me 950 rupees. They kept asking me again and again when will you check-out ?The breakfast buffet was pathetic.

This hotel is in a quiet, gated spot just off the main road, which makes getting in and out really easy and secure. The design is done to a high standard, with well-sized modern bedrooms and nice en-suites. There are plenty of facilities, too. The gym and health suite are surprisingly large, and there's a sauna and massage suite available. Between the different room options and the friendly staff, it's an ideal choice for families too. I'd definitely stay here again.

The staff are very professional and friendly, especially the lady. The breakfast options are diverse and great. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is spacious with hot water.

The coffee machine was out of service in the morning and they provided no alternative. The hotel is a bit far from the center. Having said that, generally, it is a great option.

The only thing i liked was the porter who carried my luggage to the room, he was nice friendly and very cordial

Everything else, bad miscommunication from the front tv, tv from the stone age, dirty sheets, bad good, charging 17k and not even able to provide a large water bottle complimentary, bathroom door was jammed, in house menu supremely overpriced, breakfast buffet, completely underwhelming

staff,cleaning, rooms and the location . The other main reason of a staying here was the gym.They also renovated the hotel because it looks fancy now tthen the last time I visited. Room was also very conformable and so is the shower . We loved our stay. When if I visit again to lahore it will surely be this hotel . Thanks for making our stay conformable.

Breakfast can be slightly improved

I recently stayed at The Resident Hotel Islamabad, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is in a nice, quiet, and secluded location, which is perfect if you’re looking to escape the bustling hustle of busy cities like Lahore. I decided to upgrade my room, and I was impressed by how spacious and clean it was. The staff were attentive to my needs and provided excellent service throughout my stay.The gym facilities are fantastic, offering everything you could want, including a full set of kettlebells. The pool was also a nice touch, providing a serene spot for a swim. However, the sauna was a letdown as it wasn’t hot enough and didn’t meet my expectations. I had specifically booked the hotel for a proper sauna session, so that was a bit disappointing.Overall, I paid 15,000 rupees for the room, with an additional 2,000 for the upgrade. Despite a few drawbacks, I would definitely consider staying here again.Feel free to adjust any part to better reflect your experience!

There was some construction going on in the rooms nearby, and although I was informed about it beforehand, the noise was quite loud and disruptive around 11 a.m.

The hospitality of the staff is as always very welcoming Rooms were as usual neat and clean Especially Mr. Aatir and Mr. Aftab saleem

The noise of the construction across street which is beyond the control of the management

It was a nice stay over all. We stayed for two nights it was comfortable.

The road outside the hotel was broken and no car parking.

Sir its costly and its room rent is much more then the facility it slef

Behaviour was not good when we reach at hotel room was not ready

They didn’t check us in

I wasn’t permitted into the hotel even after having a confirmed booking with rubbish excuses
