I had a disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. The overall cleanliness was well below expectations—bed sheets were visibly dirty and had not been properly cleaned, with hair still present on them. The drawers and other surfaces were also dusty and unclean. Unfortunately, essential washroom accessories were not provided, and the door locks were damaged, raising safety concerns.There was no designated dining area, and we were provided with bed sheets to use as food mats, which were also unclean.I hope the management takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary improvements to enhance guest comfort and hygiene in the future.

Breakfast was just ordinarary, just like from the dhaba of any paratha, and serving time is even late for those who are early riser.Location is some how very good but the street in whihc hotel is situated becomes water inundated during rains, and unable to go out.

Over all staff was good, polite and available to support. Room was quite ok and comfortable.Airconditioning was not restricted as other similar hotels do.The location is in the heart of Lahore i.e. Gulberg where Ghalib Market, MM Alam and Kasuri Road are just at few meteters away.The enviormenrt was friendly and family oriented but the room sizes are bot smaller for families and acceptable if living alone.

The room was comfortable and clean.

They mentioned the parking space but there was no designated parking so I was told to park my car right in front of the hotel.Everything was good except for the fans,fans weren't working properly.And I was expecting a water bottle or two as it was a family stay but I had to ask them and they provided me with a single 1.5L water bottle.The washroom had no exhaust.The hotel was near the residential area so expect some noises from the street.

AC and Furniture was very good. Cleanliness was also good. Staff behaviour was very good and there breakfast was very good. Specially Tea and Paratha. Bed was very good.

Water pressure of Hand shower was not good. Plus there was a Lizard in the room. Which obviously looks a little odd but I'm not a coward plus lizards are harmless. They are just overhatered in our society.

The staff were amazing. It is always people that make your experience. In this case the lovely and warm welcoming intentions were outstanding from start to finish. Little things from my late checkin (and they did not charge me for the missed night) to organizing a trusted taxi driver to Islamabad. Thank you so much for your warm and gracious hospitality.

Nothing, absolutely horrendous

They initially accepted my reservation then when i went to the property the staff lied and said that no reservation was given even though i presented my confirmation pin they were absolutely horrendous, would not recommend it at all infact i believe all action should be taken against the hotel and its management and it should be shut down. Absolutely pathetic

Hi there,The location was good, nestled within the residential area. However, I faced an issue with my booking; the price shown on booking.com was 6150, but the hotel reception charged me 7150. I don't know what the extra 1000 is for. The air conditioner [AC] was also in bad condition, making noise when turned on and not cooling/warming throughout the room. Regard

Everything thing was perfect. Staff was very supportive.

I have only one concern when I arrived in hotel after traveling of 4 hours with family they said room is not vacant yet you have to wait for half an hour although I have already informed my arrival time. That was a kind of irritation. They can work on that to improve.

Everything is perfect.. The Ambiance is fantastic and the staff is very cooperative. Meal is also very good.. Highly Recommended ❤️

The location was good in the main Lahore and accessibility to restaurants. The staff was good helped me a lot and also upgraded me to a better room to accommodate my needs

best location at main area of Gulberg . walking to all nearest attractions/food shops. Neat Clean comfortable room and polite helppfull staff. Breakfast they served in room . average but tasty .
